flowering help

well im still new to the growing i've grown 2 plants but unfortunately, i have lizards which i need to feed crickets.... some crickets got out and ate both my plants and they died ontop of the soil :/ well im wondering that no matter how big the plant is if you change the light to 12/12 will it start to flower?

They will flower after as little as 1 month of vegetation but the yield will be pathetic. Personally, I'd veg for at least 2 months before putting it into flower. If you have time restraints, perhaps you should consider an autoflowering strain which will flower under 24 lighting (though 18/6 is recommended) and be ready from seedling to harvest in as little as 10weeks depending on strain.
