Flowering before transplanting outdoors

I did this by mere bad timing and poor planning but learned lol. 3 of my 10 plants started flowering while they were hardening off. Now its July and those 3 plants are vegging again and are also at least twice as big as the other 7 cuttings that are the same age and everything, the only difference is that those 7 didn't start flowering during the hardening process and have been vegging the whole time. Plants usually double their size during flowering so I'm wondering if any of you do this to get bigger plants for outdoors? I know stress causes Hermie's but shit guys these things are huge, 6' tall and 6' diameter trees already. Let me know what halls thoughts are!!! Happy growing!!
