Welcome into my updated tent....Gaining so much knowledge as of late...Time to put it to use! Just turned on the 600w led panel. It draws 320w from the kill a watt meter. If anything changes in the tent I'll post here. Stay tuned! Hope all are having a kick ass weekend!

Looking good in there Darth, look at you cloning and shit :) No complaining about the heat, we're sitting at 45F in the middle of the day and raining up here (Toronto area) :( But always a bright side, these cool temps will kick my outdoor plants in the ass to finish up in the next 3-4 weeks and get some nice purples on my Bubba Kush :)

Thx man...I got the veg room all set up. The 3 towards the back are unknown strains. The other 5 are clones. I forgot I was germinating some Aurora OG beans so when I saw them yesterday They all sprouted successfully. I planted those beans next to the clones I just put into the rockwool. I know it was not ideal but I'm out of sites. Just want at least one aurora og.

The babies look good so far and the beast is thirsty. Drinks at least a 1/2 gallon daily. Gonna reduce temps in the dwc with frozen gel packs this week. 89 degrees now...This is a heat wave so next week should be 5 degrees cooler. Any temperature advice? Time to play some cod on pc and ponder this. :joint:P1010903.JPG P1010942.JPG

Adjusted the veg room a tad.... Again, temps are too hot in so cal during summer even whilst being located by the beach. I am gonna try to get the reservoir RDWC setup next week and throw in frozen gel packs to lower water temps. Fixed my airflow in the tent today...finally!! Only took 45 mins. Suggestion...Don't think about doing for too long...Just do it. Here are some new photos. Different strains including Aurora OG, Cheesey Smurf, Darth Dream.P1010976.JPG

More photos...Making mistakes but learning...Gonna get the rdwc system in to chill the water this week. Definitely should have had it earlier but don't we all love to procrastinate. You can tell my tent temps were way to high. Finally cooling off in so cal, got proper ventilation setup, and the veg room is on point. My 1st seed was female and here she is in bloom 2 weeks in. Rdwc should help with the buds soon but not holding my breath. Tips to rookies...Use ro water because ph up and down does not help much. Drain rez at least every 10 days. Write down nutes given and scheduling.... And learn from everyone here! Most of my info is here or youtube...Free info is fantastic but follow up with your own research. My main plant was an unknown bean. Any guesses as to indica, hybrid, sativa, or alien? I'm going with another planet. I topped that shit 6 times....so damn bushy but was taller before I trained it...leaves to me say sativa but bushy like indica...I haz no clue. Thanks for any comments!!P1010991.JPG P1010995.JPG

That thing is a bushy beatch, looks like some old defs but new growth looks good. Probably want to thin out the dead/dying stuff and maintain good airflow in there. Looks sativa-dom, difficult to guess the strain but could have some Blueberry in the lineage, those stripes on the stalks are common with BB strains, but I'm sure there are others that produce them. She looks ready to flower, what's you plan/timeline for flipping her, she could stretch quite a bit.

I flipped her about 2 weeks ago. A bit surprised there is not more defined buds so far. I will go ahead and trim some of those leaves. I appreciate your help.

@GroErr Hey man...I have extra time today so do you think I should scrog it even though it is 2 weeks in flower? I built an awesome scrog net and think it will work great. The alternative option is that I wait a few more days for my RDWC parts to arrive, install, and then go ahead and scrog it.

Yeah, a bit slow for 2 weeks in, she's def pre-flowering, you can see that but I see that even before the flip if they've been vegging for a while. Should start shooting out flowers in the next week.

Not sure on the scrog, haven't done a proper scrog or looked at the process in detail. Wouldn't hurt though, they shouldn't stretch much more so you could place the net at a height where the bud sites are above the net. Not much different than LST/bending them into shape without a scrog net. I think it's easier to throw the net in before flipping them, a little more work/difficult installing the net at this point, but you can do it. I've been putting those trellises in the pots and tying/bending them through the trellises after the stretch, it's easier then with those, you know it's not going to grow much more at that point and you know exactly where the bud sites are going to pop. All you're trying to do is spread them out and get more light to the tops, go for it!

I just trimmed the hell out of the beast. Looks wayy better...so much dead foliage. Is that normal? My temps were at like 90 on some days...I'm sorry plant :(

No looks like you had some defs earlier on, the new growth looks good. Just keep an eye on new growth. I'm not good with hydro, haven't run any form of it. With soil I can read them cause I've been growing in it so long and it's a lot more forgiving.
