First time grower..help!!!my seeds are ready!!

My ak-48 seeds are done germinating...i have my 2 pots with fox farm oceanside organic brand..now what??note::i already have a 400watt light ..

yea you can start out with your 400w thats what i use you should start the lighting cycle at 18/6 water when its dry about 3 inches down no nutrients for the first few weeks
