first time grow

so i cant have a growing room yet cause i dont have my own place so i have a rubber maid ben dark green i padded the inside with card board then over the that is foil with a air pump with filter from a fish tank and a fan in there and im also gonna start putting 12 oz cans of co2 in it with on 32 watt flocesent light is this a good enviorment for my plant it blue mystic i havent started nuting it yet because i dont think it on for now

get better lights and remove tin foil, paint it white flat white

yea man maybe get some bondO and make it wate proof and more stable, take the box, cover it with bondo, set dry, sand and then paint it flat white, no problem

when flowering can i use a red 75 watt bulb

yea but just keep the reg cfl's, until u can get some l.e.d's or hid set up
