first time grow 3 weeks into flowering

Hey guys my first grow and I'm 3 weeks into flowering plant showed signes of female right away but for some reason its taking its time showing buds any one kno why? I start bloom nutes 2 weeks into flowering when am I expecting to see buds? Ty

I wouldn't worry too much about seeing buds because it varies with the strain and conditions. The main thing is that it is female and soon enough you will start seeing those buds. Just give the plant optimal conditions and the quicker they will show. Good luck.
