i need a light mover on a maximum 6 foot rail. it needs to be 4 foot but i can cut it if i have to.

it's only 3 X 6. with a mover i can move the light a foot each way for center. it will only be moving a total of 2 feet. i could almost get away with just hanging it in the center. i think 1200w is over kill for 18sq ft. a 600w is supposed to be good for 16sq ft. i'm just in a rectangle so i need to get the far sides.

600 for a 8x8? really? I've read a couple of coverage primers and it always seems that a 1k is 4x4 at best. Maybe I'm not reading that right. GL on finding your rail!

In my flowering area now, I have 3 lights right next to each other, the space is 4ft x 4ft.

Oh, the lights are all 400w's (2 red, one blue). Soon though there will be 1500w altogether when i add the 300w UV. That'll be 1500w in a 4x4 space. It's probably less space than that, I'm over emphasising the room.

haha sweet. it must be nice and bright in there skunk. I really need to buy a pair of new sunglasses for my white room of green ... maybe even a helmet. I see spots for at least a half hour after feeding.

have you gotten what you need? i have someone in santa barbara who usually has a bunch, and hooks them up for $75.00 for the lightrail 3. with is a 6' rail and motor kit.

ebay always has brand new hydrofarm light rails for $99 or best offer .I got mine with the 6 foot rails for $70 each new and you can buy the small 4 foot rails for about $30.
