First soil grow, 6 bagseed

Previously grew hydro, then sold all my equipment and started fresh with soil.

I'm going to be mimicking Blazeoneup's "Hit the Dirt" thread, using his soil mixture that doesn't require anything but water from seed-harvest if done right.

I'm going to be mixing

- 1 bag Fox Farm Ocean Forest (1.8)
- 1 bag Pro-Mix HP
- 1 cup Blood Meal
- 1 cup Bone Meal
- 1/2 cup Dolomite Lime
- 10-20% Chunky Perlite
- 6x 5 Gal Pots

Using little pots with FFOF soil in it to germ and veg under these t8 lights until I get the mix ready.

Going to be buying a 600 watt with cool tube and a 550 CFM inline fan. This will be a closet grow, the closet is approximately 2.5ft long, 6.5ft wide, and 5.5 ft tall. I'll have it exhausting out my window, I live on the 3rd floor in a legal recreational state so I'm not too worried about any risk involved with that.

Anyone have any advice? I'll be covering that carpet up with plywood/tarp/etc but as of right now the grow is very basic as they're only sprouts. The rest will come soon.

A filter on the back of the fan will prevent yiu from blowing dust and lint all over the buds.. it really sucks to end up with dirty weed

true, I grew for 4 years when I was living with my gf, she had 2 cats. Shit was stupid

but now, no animals, no whores either... just plain marijuana, I will eventually get a filter, but that'll come later

in regards to the hair, you could also use pantyhose and just rubber band them.. wont help with the smell obviously though

Hair can be tweezed...sucks though

What you cant remove is sticky dust deep in the nugs. Just run that fan 24/7 for a month and look at the blades, that same stuff is in your bud..

As to soil mixes using only water. Good luck, too hard for me personally. My setup is automated feeding lightly every watering, watering itself. Same nutes through the whole grow
