Hey old man!! Why dont you look it up on the Internet! Lol.. thats this computer duhickey that plugs into the wall and you can ask it questions by typing it in. Kinda like a magic lamp! Lol..oh by the way LOL means..hahahaha!!!!
Yes Hellmut it's the Internet, your on it now FYI, that's how we all get to be here at once :). Actually that was the whole point, to try and get it right, you know, for the "noobs". Just seemed that the technique you suggested ran contrary to everything else everyone suggested so I was trying to clarify. So no, no pics of any of your scrog's then. But yes I will keep your teqnique in mind if I do scrog in the fall, just didn't seem to work out for me when I tried, basically a net in the middle of some plants. Are you sure you read what you searched right? Actually I don't think I've seen any pics of your grows, that's to bad, I'm sure they would be an inspiration to all, you should get some up.

Hey old man! Most of the fools here said to just let the plant grow through the screen after they flipped. Wich is Wrong! U must fill by tucking, the screen first and when all the branches reach the same height then and only then u flip. Also u must trimm any green under the net and cut all fan leafs that shade the other tops. Also i wanna see ur grows ive posted many many times here with pics.

here is an update. Got to say i am starting to fear the worst here. I am 12 days into flower but i can no longer tuck branches. the plants have overpowered my scrog net and ripped it off of its supports. After day 8 I could only secure the 4 corners. day 9, 2 of the corners. day 10, 1 of them and now it is now impossible to pin them back down to that level. Plants are only about 8 inches or so below my light and are only about half way through stretch :S! what is my best course of action here? the canopy is no longer as spread out as it once was and the sides are fighting to get to the middle, guess the screen seems kinda pointless now. shall i just remove it from the canopy? the past couple of days without the net secured down have seem to undone a lot of my scrog work really :/ I have lollipopped and turned off the red LED lights to hopefully reduce the stretch but I have not much room for error left. shall i still keep tucking under the loose net or just remove it? here are some pics:

Any friendly advice is welcome. Thanks :)

I am a noob to SCROG, but the screen is the main thing you need. You have to constantly move branches, tie them down (my friend went through over 100 zip ties). His screen was about 80% , seems to be too full if that's a bad thing. I don't think two screens is proper. The screen was placed 11" above soil. Lots of tucking and securing to the string.screen was 36" x 48" for two. He would keep canopy even multiple time and finally before switch. He was running a hybrid system w/ 250hps along with 6 full spectrum 50w ea corn cob with shields, heat sinks and fans on each light. He had multiple fans inside and a cool tube so he had the lights about 5"-7" above canopy and growth was explosive. He added a home made co2 generator at 3rd week of flowering. No nutes needed until flowering because FFOF was used at medium. Veg'd for 6 weeks.
On your next grow, secure the screen better like LBH and use shower rods or something. My friend used 2x4's and eye hooks with yarn. Also, tuck and tie down horizontally. Its amazing how you can make the branch grow where you want it top go. No pics, but I bet I have one of his light setup somewhere. His hps was in the middle and the LED's were surrounding the hps.
