Yes I'm definitely pulling the air from my garage. What brand of damper did you get? I'm still figuring out what size passive air intake I need to make? My exhaust fan is a 14 inch max fan 1700 CFM it's a beast.
I used one like this inline with a 6" duct and filter. Fantech was the brand like my fan but these are very generic and many sizes and brands are available. Look for backdraft damper. They even have powered ones.
duct.jpg Only open when air is being sucked out. Works like a charm. Just a thought, but with a room your size you could probably place a couple of smaller ones to create better air circulation.

Looking good dude! How many 880's you got? 3-4 Depending on your actual grow spacing in that 10-20 room you might want to think about a light mover for better light penetration of your canopy. Agro mover is the best IMO. Food for thought. Wish I had that kind of space. You might think of isolating your reservoir in the side room for more stable temps/ppm/ph and reduced humidity.

4 880s!! I Just got finished mounting the lights a much better way!! These lights are insanely bright!! Thanks on the idea of having the reservoir outside the room, I did that yesterday. I also have the air pumps outside the room!

Lookin Top notch man! Smart move adding rope to your light hangers. Them cheap ass cables are unreliable. Seen a couple peeps with broken ones. Can you still raise and lower them?
Thanks man! Yeah i wasn't liking the cheap hangers. I can totally raise and lower the lights with this system each set of lights is connected to a winch on the wall. Installing the rest of the ducting from the fan tomorrow. Also slapping in the backdraft dampers!!! More pics to come!!!

Lookin bad ass. Think about putting a liner on the floor that comes up on the wall an inch or two. Floods happen, plus it makes clean up easier. Also use a duct/hose to help spread the fresh air around your plants via you intake.

Yea it works primo, only wish it had a dead band range. A little fluctuation is good for the nute uptake. Especially the Cal/Mag both do better at slightly under and over the 5.8 for hydro I keep it set at.

Also might wanna think about keeping your two rows further apart. I wish I could. Why crowd when you got plenty of room. Plus it makes it easier to trim and do maint. on and gives a better light spread through the canopy.

Never mind your spread looks good and you have access to both sides. Also might want to fill your pots to the top. More room for roots and also cover them with a light cap to keep moisture loss down and light out.

This new graph shows that hydroponics works better with pH of 5.2-5.5. That's where clacium and mg and everything else get taken up the most. At 5.8 there's a bottle neck and then after 5.8 a lot of micros are harder to absorb.
Where did ya find that one?

Most hydro nutes are chelated for better absorption I believe. I'm no chemist but now ya got me thinking. Hate when I have to do that!
