First Res solution?

I am currently germinating 4 white widows, a ch9 humboldt and a barneys vanilla kush.....Anyway, I am going to be putting them into rapid rooters that had been pre-soaked in a very dilute seaweed/fish solution....I am then going to be transplanting them into 3'' hydroton net pots.. I have 4 ten inch airstones connected to 2 separate pumps... Anyway, I'm wondering if I should just have anything in the water for the first rez? I was thinking possibly hygrozyme and Bloom Roots or even some hydrogen peroxide... I also wil be keeping the pH at 6.... What do yall think? should I just have plain water or should add stuff from the get go... I don't own a EC or PPM or TDS meter yet so I cannot be super accurate with my nutes but just go with me....

Thanks!

As soon as your seedlings are rooted well enough to be transplanted, you can begin feeding them nutes. Start with a 1/4 strength week one veg solution of whatever base nutrient you have. A pH of 6 is fine, but try and aim for 5.5 so that the upward climb a healthy system produces will give you optimum nutrient exposure. You'll end up at 6 and higher soon anyways by letting the plants do their thing, then adjust them back down again to 5.5 and repeat. I do this daily. I don't recomend hygrozyme, and I don't know what bloom roots is, but I am familiar with h2o2, and I wouldn't just feed your plants that for the heck of it. Save that angry shit for if you begin to develop problems, as a treatment... that is how it's best served. If you don't own an EC meter, then you better be damn sure your water is decent before using it. Get some idea of how high your tap water's PPM is some way or another, because the starting PPM of water can vary so immensly by region. I know growers that have a tap PPM of over 500, while mine is only 10-20. Might be safe to start your first few weeks with distilled or RO water until you have a pen, and just follow your nutrient companies nutrition schedule divided by 1/4 or 1/2 to see how your girls react.

Oh, and be real patient adjusting pH, and use an eye dropper, mix well, then test. It's so easy at low PPM's to overdo the pH down or up solutions, forcing you to start over again.

What do you hope to gain from hygrozyme or hydrogen peroxide? Both have a multiple uses, just wondering which you are going for.

Bloom Roots
Manufactured from Organic plant root stimulants extracted from plants partnered with Fulvic Acid to further promote root development and solution solubility.
Organics in a DWC is a no-no unless you are prepared for it, which usually means experience or at least losta research. If your DWC is maintained correctly you will already be seeing vigorous root growth. Save enhancement products for after you have the basics down. Keep it simple for now. IMO you have no business spending money on fancy enhancement products until you acquire a PPM meter and any other measuring instruments you don't have yet. DWC isn't hard, but it is about being precise. When you read the sales pitches for different products, remember that they assume you already have your basic stuff dialed in perfect, and are ready for enchantments. You wouldn't add headers to a car who's gas gauge is broken, youd fix the gauge first.

I don't mean to sound harsh, im speaking to you as I would speak to myself if I could go back in time.
