First grow (stealth) Day 53 input/advice appreciated please post.

Day 69

@vostok I took your advice and bought one of those portable microscopes from radio shack but the POS doesn't work. Based off what you can see from the photos who much longer do you think I have (ballpark)?

I started her back on nutes today at about 1/3 strength. She stinks to high hell. I wouldn't of thought the smell would be this strong based upon what other people have said about the strain.

Very Frosty too...its a bit of a misnomer to suggest that when your trics are at one color then she's good to harvest, as in reality only about 25% of the plant would be ready now another 25% in 2-3 days times and ...etc etc,,if in doubt ........................really take your time ...............right now another 2 weeks minimum, but that said its really a personal thing, as I like to be not only couch locked but couch COMATOSE!

I think 2 weeks more...flush the last week.

Well...This just transpired. My 1st roots!!!! I am so fucking happy!

My 1st grow

This just happened minutes ago...Filled this jar and some cups for seedlings. Stoked!

Good stuff man. How are your seedlings doing? Flushed her out yesterday. As things stand now i plan on chopping her between the 12th and the 14th. I'm going to put her through the recommended 48 hours of darkness prior to cutting her down. I'll post some progress pics later, as she's sleeping right now.

Update, day 76

Well i've been flushing her pretty the last several days and have cut out all nutes. Not really much to report but i figured i'd throw up some progress pictures. I was originally planning on harvesting between the 12th and 14th, but i think i may harvest a few days early (on the 10th) for two reasons.

1st, I perfer a bit more of a sativa type buzz
2. Im outta bud and dead broke until i get paid again LOL.

@vostok Thank you so much for the insight! If i could share a big fat joint with you i would! Looking forward to getting my auto super skunk and Jack Herrer started.

I'll be sure to post harvest pics and a smoke report once the buds properly cured. I plan on hanging the buds for 2-3 days in the box with the fan on, then using the paper bag method. Unfortunately i can't provide any weight as i don't have a scale. The most herb i've ever had at once/purchased is a quarter ounce so regardless of the weight i'm going to be very happy with the outcome.

Ok so the wait was too much. @vostok sorry i couldn't take your advice to wait another week or so but i'm just too excited, and out of a stash. I harvested today. I was shocked how much work it takes to trim up the bud! It probably took a good 2 hours to trim up my plant. Here are some pics of the harvest.

Anyone care to guesstimate the weight? I think i hit my goal of an ounce. I threw quite a bit of the tiny popcorn buds into the trim pile. I plan on making Cannabutter to use for chocolate chip cookies. I've never actually made cannabutter or baked anything in my life but i'm a pretty avid hobbyist, i literally cook all of the meals i eat with the exception of friday or saturday when i go out to eat, so i don't see it being a problem.

Below are the pics, they are currently hang drying. I plan on posting a smoke report for anyone that maybe interested about Auto Northern lights. Thanks again to everyone on RIU that showed love and shared knowledge.

Unfortunately i don't know the dry weight as i don't have a scale. My guess would be about 3/4 of an ounce. Smoke report is as follows. Notes that as the curing has progressed when i break up the bud it doesn't smell quite like hay anymore but more like the sweet/lightly skunky smell (as she smelled while she was flowering). Next up is super skunk auto

That is awesome @silv3rbull3t . Here is my update. Unknown gender or strain.

Looking good man. Obviously i'm no expert, but she looks a little light green. Maybe a little more N in her formula might help? Would love to hear someones thoughts (someone with more experience than me).
