first grow pics, drooping?

i thought at first it might be underwatering cuz i wasnt watering them much at all so i watered it a bit more...
i think it might also be them trying to stretch twords the light but im not sure plz help

they are stretching for light, move the light closer, turn 180 degrees every day or every watering. Water only when completely dry

After you get that light problem fixed and they get a few nodes high, transplant them up to there first set of real leaves.

it also looks like your letting the soil dry out to much. sedlings need to be moist all the time. and keep that light as close as posable with out to much heat on your plants. good luck
