Here's a prechop of 1( they were relatively the same size).

My plants hadn't changed much in last serval days but my buds got noticeably bigger in last 24 hours. Crazy. Guess it's there final growth spurt. All I know is that I'm ready to harvest these bitches and smoke a bowl. There isn't a very strong odor coming from plants but I gently squeezed one bud and it emitted the scent of some very very dank ass shit. Lol

I'm on day 41 of flowering now. I have a jewelry loop order and should have it tomorrow so I can start checking my trichs. I will probably harvest on the earlier side of being ripe. I'm not real crazy about a couch lock high. Or maybe barest one plant early and let the other go longer. Here are some pics I just took. All the buds are getting to be pretty big. Lots of crystals and it is very sticky. I'm rapidly losing my fan leaves but from what I read that is normal.

I've read where some people have cut the fan leaves off early on but they seem to be fueling the bud growth to me by drawing nutrients out of them. Just my 2 cents

You still have some fattening up to go before the window opens, I beleive. All the pistils are still bursting.

There are still pistols bursting, a few of the trichs are cloudy but they are clear for the most part. I would say I have about 3 weeks left.

I just gave my plants a good looking over and some of the buds have some Amber trichs on them. I'm going to let it go to next weekend at least cause some other buds have mostly clear trichs still. It has changed a lot in the last week tho

i have 2 plants so far that have 4 baby leaves strong stems under a 600W Bulb how close should i have my hood and what should the temperature be in my closet?

I would say 85 at the most. Mine has stayed around 80. I would guess 12 to 15 inches but It really depends. Don't want to burn your plants up when they are small. I've kept my 400 watt hps around 10 to 12. I used CFL to supplement my lighting also and it really seemed to help with my inner bud growth.

I have about 6 23w CFL bulbs that I'm not using I jus posted pics off my cheap setup lol and I'm using a 600W HPS bulb

I'm getting massive yellowing at this point. Even upper leaves are turning. Glad it's about done. All trichs are cloudy now. Will probably chop it this weekend. It will be 8 1/2 weeks then. Leaving the other to ripen more so I try early and late harvest and see which smoke I like best.

Wait one more week before you harvest and be amazed.
