First grow came so far...

So here are some pictures of my girl I started her way back in June. We were doing good at good growth all the way through July then temps got pretty bad and she was experiencing some pretty bad burns. So under the advise of a friend I dropped her during that time down to 12 hours a day ( I was previously doing 18) So for 2 weeks I had her in less light for the sake of survival. Once temps outside were back under control and they were under control in the room I put her back up to 18 hours for a week then 24 hrs for 3-4 weeks. I know I am all backwards but it was my first grow and I was just experimenting based on instinct mostly. I had 4 beautiful plants around the time the heat came two didn’t make it to the official switch 1 ending up being a male the Effin Bastard! And that leaves me with my baby girl here. I did not label the containers so she is either Big Bud or bubble gum.

Now for my issues She has been on 12 hours for about 4 weeks now. The strange thing is there is VERY LITTLE almost unnoticeable smell. This sort of worries me. She smells good if I stick my nose right above but other than that no odors coming off of her. She is under a 400 watt HPS just in this last week the temps got up to 90 degrees once and since then most of her leafs have started drooping. I lost many leafs at the top as you can see she is a little naked. However other than that what do you all think? What is the deal with no loud smell coming from her? I only assume because of her size she may be bubble gum and not big budd. Also I have read and many say humidity levels should be under 30% during the flower cycle. The room has averaged 77 degrees and about 55-60% humidity. I am seeing a few of the pistles starting to change to a more amber color which is pretty much what I want. The buds are all very small. I am guessing all of my problems can be due to all of the stress she has endured but she bounced back really well. Hopefully my next grow goes well. I posted a preview of that. Northern Lights she stretched like HELL. I had the light lower but she was just stretching and stretching so I kept raising the light to accommodate. Right now it is about 7 inches below the HPS and she keeps growing no signs of burn. Is it time for me to flip the switch and put her on 12 12? She is in the last 2 pictures.

Thanks

Carlos

Pretty nice shit man what you growing the grower takes in what you say so don't feed him with shit. The first picture is a combanation of under or overwatering plants only need one feed a week but make sure that you wet them through. But then let the plants dry this will get the roots searching for some more feed. Thus giveing you a far better root system[The bigger the roots the bigger the crop so always get the plants in big tubs b4flowering.Buy a couple of exaust fans from a home dep shop these will help get some of that hot air out from around the plants. But if you have the money buy a good one online from www.kitbagshop.com.I also have a small fan blowing on my ballast at all times while it is on to keep temp down do the same with a ossalateing fan get it blowing onto the light so that the temp is kept lower than it would be without. You want the fan at a angle so that it will blow up at the bulb this is the hot spot that if possible keep it has cool has possible.

Thanks bro I am over watering! I have been watering every other day. Because the top of the soil is usually dry but I just checked with a meter and the soil underneeth is wet. So I will stop watering so much. I will report back in a week after I see some results. I did have an exhaust fan too but never turned it on so I will start on that as well. Thanks again

Alright here it is! I let her grow for 2 more weeks in flower. She didnt get much bigger but the buds got "slightly" larger. No idea how it is going to taste but I must say Im pretty darn proud. It will prob be like smoking grass because the smell is very light. But thats ok I have a few more girls in flowering right now who look much more healthy than this one did when I first turned her out. Let me know what you think. My wife and I had a disagreement on harvesting I have read that hanging upside down works best. However she use to have a partime job back in the day for a big grower in BC and they would put them in containers to let them dry. So I gave her a few cuttings to try it out and see. Now that it is getting kind of cold what temp should I try to keep the room that she is harvesting in? Also should she have complete darkness now? I have her in the bathroom and the temp gets down to about 50 around 3-4 am and averages about 65 during most of the day.

FYI I cut her down because all of the pistels have turned a brownish orange color. And because I havent experienced any growth in a while.
