First grow cabinet, few question on heat and venting.

Questions are at the bottom. First part is for ideal of my setup.

So I got my cabinet finish. It is located in my garage. It is full basement garage so upstairs is on block walls that has no insulation. Ceiling has insulation only. My cabinet is located under the stairs going up to house part. Room is 4 1/2 feet wide and 8' long, no door. There is no insulation under the stairs and a section that goes to block wall. Cabinet is 2x2x4, sitting on 1x6x3', I used osb to build box then I hung drywall. Painted with flat white. 5 23w cfl in it. 120mm intake light blocking box built around it and a 7 1/2 inch blower fan for exhaust venting through the top. (this blower fan came off air hockey table.) 3' muffler built inside particular board box with polyfill inside box. Carbon scrubber on inside of box and a small one inside muffler tube and a 2x4 inch inside the 6" duct. I Have 6" duct running from my muffler tube to the utility room upstairs. It has been unhooked every sense I moved into the house. So room stays hot cause we keep the door closed.

Question 1- By me running it to hot utility room is it a good venting way to avoid flir detection, for venting?

Question 2-Can flir detect the heat from my grow box. ( I used ir laser temp gun. Box is around 8 to 10 degrees different then the room walls and floor.)

I live in subdivision that has 3 city cops and 2 sheriffs that live within 1 football field length to Maybe a quarter to half mile radius. Basically all around me.

Question 3- do you think I can pull this off or just plain stupid?

ok Flair cameras can well can pick anything up that is a heat diff then area around it

that stuff will stop the camera from seeing anything..........line the inner walls with it top walls (where u have seams over lap then tap if u try to seam it and comes apart defeats having it ) do not pop the bubbles them plus the mylar makes a thermal barrier the FLAIR can not see tho

u really should dump the air outside the cycle ...........and the intake air should be cool ...........USE LED LIGHTS u will get the power of hids with less heat good crops

make sure your area is running negative pressure ........your carbon filter should be good for 12 months

it has a ozone function on it ...........it will clear out the smell very very very effectively from the times u open it up or do work clipping and jarring .........i clipped about 8 oz and jarred them up turned this thing on 20 mins later ppl came over could not smell anything .......and if they knew a HP was in the room they would of been all over me for free stuff

by the way i have a state trooper 20 feet out my back door him his wife her parnets and 2 teen kids a girl and boy

so any smell i am busted

Thanks for advice. I order ir block had it sent to friend place. So I was wondering if I could put it on the outside of my box. Trap heat inside box and it would reflect the garage temp off it? I am only growing one. My temps are staying good. Humidity been around 43 to 60%. So I hate put the ir block inside and it cause more heat. Also I have a ozone from a hot tub. Would it work. I know it works on hot tub by a manifold plumbed in and a tube run into check valve then to ozone. Manifold pulls air from the ozone. So I was thinking drill hole into my duct box that is right under blower run tube in and it should pull ozone. But don't know if that will kill smell when like you said trimming jar or just opening to water. Want do lst so sure that takes a bit with door open.

it can be used inside or outside .........inside u get the extra reflective from it
outside use make sure u leave room fot the vents in and out

aslong as the air bubbles and mylar is not ripped or popped it will work

i am not saying to do this to your hot tub ..............ozone is a good and bad thing to much of it can cause health issues (so u letting it out a unknown amount and rate can be bad)
the ozone should olny be used to clear smells if u leave it on it will lower the Co2 rating in the area

the thing i linked u is has a maximum release unless u are in a 4x4 tent with it going 100% for 10 hours u are not going to casue any issues with health .........plus the fan thing is a noise maker/hider/explainer
