yes I am a newbie and this is literally my first grow and i felt everything was looking ok. Until I tried to move my plants location today and introduce her to cfl and the dam light fell and broke a branch, not completely but it's hanging. Should I cut it? Please help !! My plant I think is small because due to winter probably stunting her veg growth. Like I said I'm learning. and I thought she was flowering so I was switching setup today and :( ( top left )

I've had good luck taping them back together but do it ASAP. That plants kind of small so I'm not sure if you're going to be able to get the tape around it but I would at least try

I cant tell what is broken in the picture

If it still connected partially you can try and fix the node back to its original position by tying it up. It will probably heal itself. If you leave it hanging it will probably die

I couldn't see anything broken to be honest  but the advice would be the same -looks pretty good otherwise, good luck!:leaf:

Can't see anything broken. Not sure if it's the lighting in the room, but the plant looks like it could use a little nitrogen. Other than that, I see nothing wrong here.

If it's broke ...but I can't see anything broke... and it's just the leaf branch not a main stem .cut it of its just like pruning ..it will be fine .iv dropped a plant and snapped main stem and it's healed ..iv split stems with lst and it's healed there hard wild plants and they get worse treatment in the wild with wildlife yet still go on to grow

Looks to be a Leaf, not branch.
If it's a branch and depending how bad, complete detachment. Oh well.
Hanging on and not detached, splint and tape be a solution.

Good Luck don't do it again.:P

I wouldn't bother trying to tape it up if it's just that leaf, you are likely to do more harm than good.
You could cut it off, or if you are hopeful that it's still connected enough you can wait a couple of days and see if it starts wilting. That will indicate that it's not connected enough and should be removed.

i dont even see anything lol... if its not broke much, tape it up. if its broke too much just cut it off, it will be fine :) (if it starts to wilt its done for)
