First grow, 12/12 from clones, 600w hps, aeroflo, 10 plant SoG

I'm new here and this will be my first grow,
The setup I will be using is:
Room size: 2 m2/22 ft2
Tent: Secretjardin 60x120x170cm(2x4x5ft)
Lights: 600w hps in cooltube
Fan: 300m3/180cfm inline fan
Filter: Rhino Pro 200m3/118cfm
Hydro: Aeroflo 20(modified for 10 plants, only using two trays)
Medium: Hydroton Clay Pebbles

I will use clones from White Widow mother, 10 day veg from rooted clone then 12/12, 10 plant sog.
After harvest I was thinking about water curing instead of air curing, less drying time, smoothest smoke, less dry weight, more THC per gram.
I don't care about flavor or smell as I will be using this for oil and e-juice.

What do you think about the setup?
What should I be expecting in dry crop?
Is water cure worth it?
I live in cold area, avg summer temp is 10 to 15°c(50-60°f) and winter -5 to 5°c(23-41°f), and the temperature in the room is steady at 21°c(70°f) no heat source, two 30mm/1,2" diameter hole in the wall to outside.
Is the cooling enough for 600w in 60x120x170cm (2x4x5ft) tent?

When I start the grow I will make a grow journal and keep you guys updated.

You should be ok with 70°f is that daytime or night time tho? You seem to have a good size grow area do you have an oscillating fan in there? if not get 1 or 2. You may wanna consider a dehumidifier with 10 plants things can get pretty humid.
