yeah them buds will swell up trust me lol hopefully double in size for ya, as for costing on water in the Uk I DUNNO, I KNOW THAT I cba WITH BUYING WATER lol so i kno im on soft water in my area, i have PH once and it was 6.1 i think and after ive nuted it it was still bang on so i dont bother anymore, if i was to be doing soilless or hydro yeah i would be more careful nut imop there is no need in soil, plus im a TIGHT ARSE lol and i leave it out 24 hrs so the chlorine evaporates and water becomes room temp

The second photo has some seriously clear white trichs. Another week, maybe less, just to get some amber in there. Looks fantastic.

IMHO
Only at 44 days from sprouting, another week would be 51. That is a seriously quick plant! Going by the first picture, those hairs are still very white and prominent, and I'd be hoping for them to be changing colour and retreating back in. Trichs do look cloudy in the second picture, but that could be blur from the cameras' inability to focus at that level of zoom.

Fuck knows mate! Haha, take a tester nug when you think they look good. Then leave it another week

Yea this plant has been a very fast rollercoaster. Yield wise I am really hoping to get something decent, for a plant that has been stressed to no end. I will just continue checking on her daily and play it by ear with her water and or feed. I think next week I will have more of a answer as far as how much longer she will need. The NL is in no rush but is growing so tall and is really going to produce with the topping.

I think I'm going to feed the BB for about a week and half and then flush for a week and a half and she should be good after that, I'm thinking about 3 weeks she should be good to chop.

Week 7 update:
On the good side they are both still alive. I have finally figured out my issues with the girls. I have fairly hard water ph at a 6.5 and a ppm of roughly 200. I have been adding cal mag this whole time. I think the BB has been experiencing lockout because of this. I hope that I figured it out in time for the BB, and the NL just started showing leaf issues. I'm thinking the BB will make it thru just is going to lack on the yield. The NL is just a beast and is moving along so strong.
well onto the pics.
