first cfl grow... just want opinions from experienced people

this is my first grow, i am in week 4 of flowering i live in greece and i would love to grow outdoor as the plants here can grow in monsterous size i dont want to risk it for the pigs to find my crop and here where i live in corfu im propably the only one growing indoor in a closet but i want some opinions of my grow cause for me they seem to flower in a very slow rate compare to what ive seen happening outdoors and two of them have the claw how can i fix this? ofcourse i know my lighting and the whole setup is not up to scratch but i would like some opinions on my grow for the amount of light im giving them and the whole setup.. my setup is crap and i know but im just experimenting..

here is some info:
use regular garden soil
i water them every other day 1 litre
lighting alltogether does not exeed 300 watts from shity cfl's
my pot is a 2 gallon pot
the temp is 13 at night and 25 with light
i have never fed them
strains are uknown but two plants are the same strain as they are identical and got those seeds from the same bud cause alot of weed here in greece comes with seeds as its badly grown those 2 plants have the claw and look like sativa and my other smaller one looks like sativa/indica and that one looks perfectly healthy but as i said im afraid incase i get very little weed at the end for the amount of electricity spent lol.. and the main collas are around half a thumbs length is this quite bad for 4 weeks of flowering?

Shitty CFLS are the best CFLs. I am near the finish of my 3 month grow, and have already harvested some. From what I harvested and dried, I figure I will easily get 100 grams (4 ounces). I grew with 320 watts of shitty CFLs (that will later be used throughout the house). 25C (77F) is ideal growing temp. 13F is a little too cool, you might get mold.

Are all of your plants in one pot? My suggestion would be to narrow it down to one plant per pot.

Yes my plants are in one pot as I didn't even intended of growing them as tall as they got I had a mental picture of having like a small fat bush and to focus only on main collas for growth cause with the bad lighting setup I had guessed the bottom flowers wouldn't get much light but when I put them to flower they started stretching dramatically.. If I replanted them in separate pots would this enhance bud production? And how many weeks am I looking for harvest? Thanks a lot man for your responce

I don't really see any indica in any of those. Garden soil will work fine for veg or just as a base soil but to get anything outta your babies you need some kinda nutrients. Cfls will get the job done but you don't have enough to get any kinda substantial yield. Also next time try to only run one plant per pot. The plants are competing for nutrients that just aren't there. With the setup you have I would just buy a bag of ffof or some other good potting soil and just run one plant using all your lights for the one. But honestly overall it don't look to bad. You prob still have another 6 to 8 weeks left being that they are sativa dominate. Just be patient and you'll be happy with your product lol

Yeah, 6-8 weeks. Like he said. I would look at chopping two of three and just go with one. They'll start chocking out each other. Get some fertilizer that dissolves in water. Something like 10-10-10 will do this time. Mix at half strength and water plants as needed. And a small fan will be needed.

Hello again I could not find any fertiliser that was 10 10 10 the closest I found was was 7 6 5 n p k.. will this be ok? And how much do I use I have 500 ml and on the bottle it says to use a bottle cap diluted in 3 litres of water once a week but that is for generally all plants but you guys know best for weed so any suggestions about how much to use and how often? Thanks

I'm gonna add some pictures later on today of the plants a bit more detailed when my lights come on cause those pics were from 5 days ago and I have changed the setup slightly to reflect more light

Get these IMG_20150123_132828.jpgand hang the small balbs along the sides of your plants. The claw could be caused buy humidity or over watering, aliter every other days seems a lot' unless the water pours rite through the soil.lol hope this helps.........peace.

The pot has very good drainage half of it comes out after 2 minutes of watering.. any info on how much I should feed it?

You need to be feeding it. Be careful not to overfeed. Water when needed. Don't overwater.

Start at about half strength when you water. A deep watering is much better than multiple shallow waterings. If the plant tolerates, you can increase a little more.

7-6-5 is not the best for flowering. Too much N. The buds will get fat, but the stems will be puny, I just tied my main cola because the plant was starting to lean. Last grow I had to cut short because the top cola bent the shaft. Too big of a cola- what a way to go, huh?

Fans? Are you using fans? Air circulating can be as helpful as fertilizer.

Lights. Move them lights in closer. No more than 3 inches away from the buds for those 23 watts shitty CFLs. One CFL can bring light to several buds. If you burn a fan leaf, oh well. Clean the dead part of the leaf and leave the rest.

I used fans all the way through veg but I stopped since flowering cause the temperature here in Greece went quite low and didn't want very low temps but I could easily put a fan again but I can't see why as my plants have great air flow but I'm no expert do you think I should put a fan even if the good airflow they have.. I'm thinking of putting his lights aswell for the last month of grow is that a good idea or will it not be worth it only for one month?

Huh?
Yeah fans, always. Three. One to move upper air, one to circulate air through buds, and one to blow across soil after watering to keep the bugs from making themselves at home.
Want to know when you have too many CFLs? Never! Every penny spent on electricity will come back to you with bigger buds. And the CFLs? You'll never be without a light if one burns out in the bathroom.
I chopped down one plant and moved those lights over to the other plant for the last week or so. Of course it's worth it.

Hey Richard,

Very impressive looking plants. I love them! Seems like you have some tall Sativa's. Follow some of the tips posted above and I think you will get some decent yields from your girls. I've done wonders with CFL'S, also I've seen some crazy ass plants from my colleagues on this CFL forum. No HID' s for this guy, I have to give a ton of my buds away and I just grow one plant at a time. I make a lot of baked goods, my friends seem to enjoy.

Keep up the good work my Greek friend,

I'm gonna say at least a good 4 more weeks. They look good so far! The smaller one might be ready in 2 or 3 it looks like it has a lil indica in it. Where did you get those seeds from? The tall one looks kinda like a hemp plant lol

They have both just been cut now I cut the smaller one a week ago and got around 15 grams dry and it's pretty nice to smoke it's very sweet and pleasant for the throat and it has a very sativa high it's not the strongest weed I've smoked lol but it gets the job done and I like the type of high like slightly numbing on legs and like a mood booster you feel high but still full of energy to carry on your day... The seeds are just seeds that I got from weed I bought lol I have quite a few of them I kept them cause if I enjoyed the weed I would use them again in the future.. The taller one I cut yesterday and I think I will get around 20-25 grams dry it's mostly popcorn bud on both plants except the main colas.. I'm not happy about the yield but cause I like the weed I grew and wish I had lots of it lol but definitely got more than my money's worth back. I was just experimenting with my first grow to just get to know the basics and hopefully next winter I will make a really nice setup with some hps lamps.. but I must say it's a very nice feeling smoking your own stuff truly amazing.. thanks for all your help guys lots of love and peace from Greece
