WTF is this shit. I though there was a $9,999 limit before transactions needed to be reported, which is also unconstitutional BS, it's no concern of theirs how i spend my money. But now i read the feds require banks to file SAR's (Suspicious Activity Reports) anytime someone withdraws $5k or more, and now they want the banks to call police and have them come check you out. So just taking YOUR money out of YOUR account is considered a "suspicious activity" by the feds. This bothers me, both for privacy issues, but more importantly because of the rise in civil forfeitures in this country. The Feds are pretty much telling banks to let the police know when they have the ability to legally rob you.Through civil forfeiture, police can seize property they believe has been, or will be, used in a crime. That money, because it is not a legal person, is not protected by "innocent until proven guilty", but rather considered guilty unless the owner can prove , to the polices discretion, that it was not going to be used in a crime. get ready to hand over your cash, and it's all legal.
Its because of Eric Holder saying that the Federal government will no longer be seizing assets without a warrant or criminal charges.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/holder-ends-seized-asset-sharing-process-that-split-billions-with-local-state-police/2015/01/16/0e7ca058-99d4-11e4-bcfb-059ec7a93ddc_story.html

Now instead of the Fed getting 20% of the take and your local police getting 80%, now the local police will get all of it. But someone has to notify them of it first.

BTW, depositing $1,000 a month for 6 months would now add the charge of "Structuring" to the list of felonies.

read it and weep..it's changed:

FinCEN requires a SAR to be filed by a financial institution when the financial institution suspects insider abuse by an employee; violations of law aggregating over $5,000 where a subject can be identified;[clarification needed] violations of law aggregating over $25,000 regardless of a potential subject; transactions aggregating $5,000 or more that involve potential money laundering or violations of the Bank Secrecy Act; computer intrusion; or when a financial institution knows that a customer is operating as an unlicensed money services business.

What really blows my mind is how much Star Trek nailed alota shit , i watched an episode today where Kirk asked computer for the life history of a man , in seconds the computer voice gave his whole life story while pics popped up on the pc screen of the criminal .

Wow... everyone just has to be careful. Nothing is sacred anymore, the Kings have come home and they want the peasants back in the field.
Used to be that if you cleared the lords land of dead brush, you could use that wood to heat your home and cook your food, but now the lord charges for the wood.

5K for taxes, when you have no money that seems like a lot, but you can work out a payment plan.
I am not sweatin that part, it just seems like blatant robbery. We paid like 10k in taxes already this year and they want another 5k. Greedy sons a bitches, but when it comes to the Lords they get off tax free. Instead the Lords just donate to the campaign.

Sounds like you need to find a "creative" accountant. I feel you though, I owe money this year also. I am going to wait until April 15 before I send them any money.

Well, emancipate yourself. His point is to stop living in fear. Listen to the song. Yet again you have snipped a quote out of context from a wise individual and perverted it into something else. You literally used a line from a song about not living in fear to make a point about living in fear.
You're funny. You see the first part of my post was a statement of what occurs frequently. The second part was a thought regarding a solution to the problem. You literally failed to connect the dots. Is that because the government didn't pay you to connect the dots or tell you how to?

What is property and who can own it?

Are you afraid to answer? C'mon lively up yourself.
