Fastest way to get my card?

I suffer from seizures and what are known as 'auras' (which are technically seizures themselves) and medical marijuana is accepted as a treatment for it, I also have 2 broken vertebrae which cause me chronic pain that medical marijuana helps treat. Anyways I am prescribed seizure medication but I am still having auras and seizures, marijuana is really the only thing that helps prevent me from having my auras and seizures.

We've found a connection, when I don't have smoke, I have seizures and auras. When I do have smoke daily I have no auras and I have no seizures. I figured it would be necessary to provide an explanation as to how it helps me so it helps explain my situation and how I need to get it as fast as possible.

I have an appointment on the first of next month at a medical marijuana clinic to get my evaluation with a doctor and I'm pretty confident that I'll get approved, I just want to know how to get approved and get my card faster.

Thanks.

Get on Weedmaps and find the closest location that will take give you an appointment on the 31st.
If ya gotta wait another day... keep in mind - You qualify for medical marijuana - Hands down!
Your state has to make your situation - a medically treatable with marijuana.

According to this website; unitedpatientsgroup I can walk into a dispensary and legally buy marijuana with just an approved doctor's recommendation and I don't even need a card, quote;

Once you receive a recommendation, you are qualified to buy, possess, consume, transport and grow cannabis, up to limits specified by each state. You are also entitled to apply for a Medical Marijuana Identification Card, although it is not required.
Is this true?

you first have know of a legal dispensary to test this. the card is here to protect you from arrest while you follow the rules. If you do get caught without a card, you are welcome to get arrested and to bond out and show the judge your medical records/recommendation on court date and he'll likely dismiss the case for those
theres no fastest way, or it would just be the way we do it.

isnt it true though that , aside from those who possibly will sell to anyone I guess, that the ones accepting paperwork expect to see an application mailed also?
also, how long do you think the "illegal" ones will remain // after the "legal" ones are in place?

As long as they have customers and can afford to keep reopening after they get shut down. I have seen multiple dispensarys here on the warren strip, raided on a tuesday, and open again on a thursday like nothing happened.

I suspect that game will cease when the gov's buds are running the legal show. I bet they wont stand for seeing their profits drained down the road a hundred yards, by illegal operators, or ones who didnt have to spend oodles for a license

So I got approved for medical marijuana yesterday. Talked to the doctor for like a total of 5 minutes and I got his signature of recommendation. He opened my medical paperwork and was like, "so you suffer from chronic seizures I see, well that would qualify you" and signed it. Wasn't nearly as nerve racking or complicated as I thought it would be.
