Fastest Auto Flowers???

Ok I know how they always make false claims on any strains harvest time. I am looking for some fast autos?
For example I was looking at a strain called Wipeout. It claims to be ready for harvest 8 weeks from germination! So how is that remotely possible? If an auto has to veg for nearly 4 weeks to start blooming, how can it be harvested after only 4 more weeks of flowering. I am pretty sure autos need a minimum of 8 weeks of flowering ontoo of the 4 week veg. Correct me if Im wrong here?

I got this one going atm

Strain: Fast Bud #2
Breeder: Sweet Seeds
Location: indoor, outdoor, greenhouse
Type: ruderalis/indica/sativa
Flowering: Automatic flowering
~53 days (From seedling to harvest.)
Only female seeds.
Sweet Seeds - Fast Bud #2

First Fast genetic evolution of Bud. Automatic strain of good production with big buds of rich and aromatic resin. New version productive and aromatic.

Very vigorous plant produces abundant side branches, which reach a height of between 40 and 90 cm. Powerful effect and sweet aromas with exotic tones of his inheritance from Diesel. Autoflowering very fast flowering.

100% autoflowering

THC: 17% CBD: 0.8% CBN: 0.4%
Interior Prod: 450-500 g/m2
Exterior Prod: 20-70 g / plant
Flowering indoor: 5 weeks
Harvest Interior / Exterior: 7 ½ weeks from germination
Height: 40-90 cm.

I have some world of seeds afhgan kush ryders that are doing amazing, 5 weeks and they are packing on some weight. This fast bud #2 has claims as little as 55 days from seed. I can say at 10 days it has cotyledons, huge first set and the second set is coming out nicely. A lot of auto's are going to take 10 weeks regardless...good luck..

edit - spelling

So, are most auto a month to veg and show sex. Then an additional 8 weeks for flowering, total approx 3 months till harvest. Or are there some faster ones out there?

I don't know. This is my first grow, I'm waiting till the trichs are around 10-20% amber before harvesting. So far they're around 50/50 clear/cloudy. They do skip the veg phase, one was flowering good at 4-5 weeks. I think it depends on the phenotype. I got 2 different pheno's. One plant is about 2 weeks behind in flowering. I guess it's hit or miss for a super fast flowering auto. I've read that the average time from seed to harvest is around 65-75 days for lowryder 2. I'm at day 61, hopefully it bulks up abit in the next week or so.

I ran some Auto Berry Ryders like a year ago now I think. They were done in roughly 63 days from seed. Trichs were an even split. I could have pushed it another week I think. Being my first grow with non bag seeds I wanted something quick and easy and those berry ryders looked nice.

I'll have to post some pictures of some freebie auto Bombs and auto critical + someone gave me. Four weeks in and closing in on 6 feet tall. They are supposed to be finished in roughly 65 days, we will see.

Im running lemon haze auto by emerald triangle seeds, curremtly at day 60 and some of them haven't been in flower that long although they did sex pretty quickly, they will be 100-120 day plants but im hoping for 2-4 oz per plant. They range from 27-37 inches at the minute so they aren't small. I have a La diva auto at the minute which is fast they claim 45 days but mines looking like its going to probs need 70+ days. Id be happy with 1.5 oz from it but that's a real guesstimate at the minute. In my opinion you need 4months to grow weed. The best return come from plant size rather than speed of flower. Look for a strain with high yield. Something like dutch passion think different could give you 6oz under a 600w hps in 30 litre+ pot with a good 50/50 multipurpose compost and perlite mix. Feed your plants every 3 days higher nitrogen during veg then change to flowering nutes after 4-5 weeks. You want to get those side shoots growing as well. so however you do it (LST, scrog, etc..) get those side shoot growing.

hey, based on personal experience, northern lights auto finishes fast and it's packed of resin and purple cheese from Buddha seeds is reach on CBC which works really good for pain reliver! It stretches a bit and it's side branches are very good compare to the main cola! Both done in 65 days under 150hps on 18/6 light schedule. Hope that helps !

I'd love to direct you to my journal...alas they haven't been integrated into RIU's new format just yet.

The first picture is her as a whole. She is LSTd.
Second picture is of her "main" kola. The third one is an earlier comparison shot. The comparison shot is from April 1st.

My sweet dark started to shoot pistols @ exactly 21 days from seed. She has been a work horse ever since. OH....and this is all under 6500K T5 fixture. My 3000K bulbs are ~finally~ being delivered today. I will throw those into the fixture today for her and my RQNL and my HWFV. I'll move the Strawberry Blue and Hawaiian Skunk Haze babies out to my smaller 6500K fixture.

I love her, she is a beauty and would totally run a photoperiod of her in the future. But...you can see I love purple...as my 3Gal buckets are the same color accordingly LOL. Also...she is SUPER frosty. Those pictures don't do her justice.

Lol it looks amazing ! And that's sooner then I expected! I've had some that have taken even 40 days before they start shooting pistil! & that's the same color I love as well! I've grown purple pansy which are annuals, they deff call the attention in my backyard! Anyways I'd love to follow your journal or just share a picture of how your SDD turns out, I gotta accept you got me pretty motivated for my nex batch haha :)

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I am gonna start a northern lights auto, as I've never tried that amazingly enough.
Good choice northern lights it's very easy and very forgiving if you messed up, mine loved food as well, the leafs were fat at the beginning and turn skinny like an indica at the end, the leaf color was deff sativa dominant! Anyways good luck! :)
