far red

is the far red worth the time? i use to see a lot of talk about far red for 5 to 10 minutes at lights off, but don't see much anymore. does it really work? if it does how much far red for a 2' x 2' flower box?

It’s really just a mater of knowing that scientifically it’s hownplants go To sleep and just wanting to initiate it. It’s super easy to do. Especially with rapidleds growmau5 puck.
