i only filled my 3 gal buckets 2/3 the way with my soil, i have to keep the fan on high so i made it so my seedlings kind of hide from the strong wind, i would really like to top the buckets so later i wont have to mess with the roots, will they be ok with alot of wind, they are only about 1-2 inches tall, and i have to keep the fan on high cause of the heat????

ALWAYS fill the pot up to the brim with soil...never leave it partially empty. If heat is a problem for you...have the fan blowing on all the lights to cool them down...and then get another small fan that can blow on your plant to give it strength. You plant should be fine with a fair amount of wind....after all in the outdoors we have higher wind speeds and they seem to hold up fine.
