Uk roadside ganja test. So i failed one this morning, locked up till lunch, bailed till july whilst i wait on blood test. Facing a minumum year ban for Effing ganjover. Wouldn't mind but i was in bed by 8 last night, must have too much built up in my system. I can still drive but paranoid now. Not much experience with law, any advice on fines or bans. Has anyone passed blood test after failing roadside swab. FCUK THE POLICE!

i am not from UK but i have dealt with weed and the laws here for years .......thanks to some of your countries work on medical studies of weed it saved me from 5 to 20 in state prison
1 how long have u been using weed
2 do u have a solid medical reason for it .......a doctor willing to say this in medical files
3 how much cash do u have ......or using the public defender
what to do
1 u need to go to rehab .........do the intake for the rehab and see if u need to do it or if the doctor will say u are not a addict
A) make good eye contact
B) tell the truth as they are doctor things are protected
C) ask if their drug test looks for CBDs (here in usa they are not illegal but they set off the cheap canabinoid test they use false positive)
....cbds are the medical side of weed for a alot of mental disorders
2 u need to see a doctor willing to say weed is a better choice of meds for u then the man made pills on the market (not hard
A) u need that doctor and a 2nd doctor to confirm the same trouble
3 hire a lawyer now .........fallow his orders for the case.......going rate here is 3500 for misdemeanor and 5000 for felony charges (your pounds about 2000 and 3030)
A) rehab will be on his list
B) might tell u to go to group meetings to say this in court
if u can prove a medical need for it they can not do much to u and your job can not fire u
u need to learn everything u can to medical uses and basic info
1 thc takes about 8 to 15 mins to hit the person full effect then it goes down and is out of most ppls system in 2 hours 15 mins ( u had your weed 3 hours before your trouble)
2 make sure they did a correct chemical check ........looking for THC9
3 the period of time u have used it if like me 15 years none stop my waking up after 12 hours of sleep lvls will get me sent to jail (this is a big argument here .......weed does not effect a long time user as much as a weekend warrior)
shit load of thc and cbd studies on your google for weed (u tap the UK database....USA has shit )

Under what circumstances were you pulled over? Did they give you a reason for the roadside drug test before they administered it?
This zero-tolerance position frightens me too. You could quite easily be in Amsterdam for a weekend bender, fly back the the UK on Sunday, and test positive several days later driving to work.
