and I also place more fans in there deep into flowering

I have a dehumidifier. My humidity range is practically zero.
The mistake I think I made: My fan and extractor fan go out with the lights. Sometimes I wouldn't water till late at night, a few hours before lights go out. So they're sitting there over night, wet. The dehumidifier obviously isn't enough on it's own.
As stated, I've only got one week left till harvest, so should I just cut my loses and harvest now?
Don't forget that I also have to dry them out which takes about 5 days. Will the rot continue to spread during the drying process?

Check thoroughly when the lights come on
if it's spreading then chop
what day are you on? If your trichomes are where you want them then chop before you lose some of your buds

I've just checked thoroughly and I'm pretty sure I've cut it all out.
It will be 7 weeks tomorrow. -------> Just checked my calender. It will be 8 weeks tomorrow.
My trichs are transparent, some turning milky.
