Ever seen this guy before?

I'm thinking is some kind of aphid? I went away for 3 weeks and came back to my plants being attacked by these guys. I hit them with spinosad twice in the last 4 weeks but I'm seeing they are making a comeback. Little bastards!

I've been googling MJ bugs and can't find this one.

Thanks!

You missed the point, its not a question of ID-ing the bug,
its about removing it from the plant ...and ensuring it ain't gonna come back?
Neem Oil at the correct rate ...is you friend

Yeah I'm hitting it hard over the next couple weeks to try and kill em off :-(

Just wondering what the hell this bug is!

Well, if the spinosad didn't kill them, it's most likely NOT a spider mite. That's a good thing.

I agree, a good neem oil spraying or dunk will likely work wonders by smothering. You can try scraping or vacuming them off too.

With an infestation that bad, I've found it's always best just to destroy the plant(s), and then clean/clean/clean.

Ya that's pretty bad you might have to scrap the plant. Take er easy on the neem oil I've heard bad things. Doesn't look too big for a lady bug though if you wanta go even more natural than insecticidal soap. You can get ladybugs at your local garden center or some hydroponic shops they work wonders I always keep them in my room, then you just vacuum them off at harvest.

Neem is only harmful to plant buds in flowering.....I think he's in veg, so it would be fine.
