Ever had a negative/allergic reaction to ingested cannabis

I'd like to know if anyone has had, or consistently has an allergic or other similar reaction to consuming cannabis in edible form. If so...

1. What form of cannabis was used:
Flower (Grown by you? Dispensary? LP? Organic or not? Sativa/Indica/Hybrid, if you know?)
Extract/Concentrate (what type, and how was it processed if you know)

2. How it was made/consumed:
Decarb method (prior to infusion, or after)
Infused into what (Coconut oil, butter, grain alcohol, olive oil, or directly put into food or eaten straight as is)

3. Also, interested if others have a reaction to touching, or brushing up against live plants (in veg, in flower, etc.). Such as itchyness, welts, allergy symptoms like runny nose, etc.)

4. If you have had a negative reaction to eating cannabis, I'm curious what exactly happened.

NOTE: To be clear, I'm not talking about getting "too high". So, allergy type reactions, or vomitting; that type of thing.

Thanks for any input on this. Feel free to give a little or as much (relevant) detail as you can or want to.
