Estimating harvest time

OK so this plant is 9 weeks 3 days into flowering, it's bag seed.
I don't got a 10x/higher scope.
I'm thinking of harvesting in 10-11 days and doing one of those techniques of leaving it in pure darkness for 48 hrs/more for final development.
This is my first harvest and the pics are kinda shit so i apologize...
Anyway im wondering if I got any deficiencies as you can see the leafs are pretty yellow/gold and the closet the plants being grown in doesn't have a fresh circulation of air during the night(because the door is closed)there are two fans though.
Also I'm wondering if you guys think it looks ready, even though its hard to judge i know let me know your opinions! thanks everyone.

She has quite a ways to go my friend.

She looks to be Sativa and more probably Mexican and in that case my brother.......she will do her thing for a good 17 to 18 weeks.

Ya, I know, but I promise it will be worth it in the end.

Blessings,

not to be a jerk or anything.. but I'd say flush it.. give it 4 days... cut it .. dry it smoke it... then find some better genetics next time

Hell, it suck's that I'm so flat broke i cant even spare 10.00$ at the moment haha, but i will definitely try and pick one up.

DNF Part A & B nutrients, 2 48W CFL's, 4 Fluorescent lights 42W(i know its in the 40's), and one lamp thingy which is like those 1ft CFL's (has 4 of them) dunno the wattage or anything about it, but its stronger then the other lights... promix potting soil

but ye, i guess ill wait 2 more weeks and see how it goes. Thing is though Chit, i already started flushing with pure water. You think doing a flush with water for so many weeks will effect it for the good/worse?

$10 microscope thing at Radio Shack works wonders. You can see easily the color of your trichomes.

I say 2~3 weeks.

flushing it meaning you don't feed it.
not feeding it force it to use its energy banks. That why your leaves are so dead.
a healthy plant should do fine with flushed clean soil for the last 3 weeks, but a week is enough usually.

I guess it has 2 weeks to go.
Look closely and see if the heads of the trichs are browning up. The whole bud should have an orange tinge when ripe.
The pistils will swell like they have seeds in them as well. from that point I give it a week or two and chop.

you can check your trichomes color with a high-resolution digital camera as well - take a macro picture on the highest settings from as close as possible and enlarge the picture until you can see them.

Another method is chopping a sample and seeing for yourself.

I think the flushing deal is over rated. Last grow I harvested by thirds. When I thought it was ready I took the top third then I waited a week or two and took the next 3rd etc. Kept pouring the finishing nutes to them the entire time. Made a bunch of nice buds. Was like Christmas coming 3 times a year instead of one. Smells like lemons. Left a little veg on them to turn them into clone mamas.

If you grow with organics its not that crucial.
If you grow with non-organics its another story.
I like to inhale less chemicals if possible.

Plus, adding thoes nutes doesn't really help that much. More work and more nutes spent.

Alright well thanks everyone.
I looked at the plant today, and the orange tinge is way more visible then before.
I think it is starting to ripen, and I'm excited to see the end results. :)
