Thanks man. Shit appears to be back on track so hopefully that was the only hiccup with these girls.

The 5th element is living up to the word on the forum, she is one thirsty girl. She is drinking twice as much or twice as fast as the other two. So far I'm digging the 5th, she is the fastest vegger, has best side branching and the dankest smell. The other two plants have poor node spacing which leads me to believe they both will stretch hard in flower so I will be tying them back as best I can.
Awesome man!!

That 5th element does sound good, always nice to have vigorous growth and good node spacing!!

I got my 3x3x6 tent in the mail today so I'll set that bitch up this weekend with a 400w hps. I'm going to transplant the girls into larger containers and let them veg one more week. Hopefully start flowering by end of first week in Oct.

I've read as much as I can find on 5th and many people on the elemental seed threads give it average at best reviews but my bro has two going outside in Cali and his are resinous and fruity smell/purp taste. I'm hoping those who reported poorly on it had shitty green thumbs or just got poor luck of the draws. She offers good traits for growing, mainly being fast with tight growth, which if this trend continues into flower I imagine she'll be a descent yielder.

Either way I'll clone all three just in case I like one of the three enough to keep around. I'm stoked to see what the s.kosher and b.dream do as well. What would be nice is a blackberry leaning 5th, a kosher leaning SK and a blueberry leaning dream but what I'll get is going to be anywhere in between I'm sure.

Thanks man!

Still in process of getting tent up and running. All I need is some more 4" venting to finish up the job. Boy this 90cmx90cmx180cm or 3'x3'x6' is much smaller than I'm used to, this thing is crammed. I can't fit can fan inside tent with carbon filter so the fan is outside the tent wrapped with clothes and blankets to help hide sound.

I ended up getting a 400/250 digital solis tek which has a boost setting so I'll probably run that during flower.

I'm also going to transplant these bad girls into their final pot size which is number 5 or basically a full 3 gallons of mix. Once I transplant I will also tie these girls back and try to head off the stretch as best I can. I'm stoked to see what these girls are gonna do.

Tents up and running, plants are up potted and the can fan noise is minimal so that's a plus. Gotta go out of town for work tues-thurs so I gotta have a friend stop by to check on the girls which is always fun. Hopefully they can handle just adding premixed fert water.

When I removed the plants from the grow bags only the 5th was fully developed so technically I would like to let them veg another two weeks but I want flower to be finished as early in Dec. as possible... Christmas buds! I think friday will be flip day.

I transplanted into smaller pots than I first planned on using, was going to use three gallon pot but I ended up use 2 gallon pots, because I'm not going to veg as long. Since I'm using pbp fertilizer in tupur I figure I'll just have to water more but I dot think it will hurt the yield all that much. Till next time, keep rolling :joint:.

My sour kosher is really stretchy and boy do the spider mites love her. As long as u keep the bugs away you should be rewarded with some really pleasant smoke. Mine is super greasy with coffee diesel smell and taste.

Here are the girls from tonight. The tent is running a little hot the temps are sitting around 85f. I had to go out of town for work tues-thurs and a friend stopped by to water the girls and he poured the water too fast which the girls seems not to thrilled about that. Still without him I would have had to just drown the plants and leave the pot's trays full of water but the plants really wouldn't have liked that. Either way they don't look the worst but I hate droopy leaves. Droopy leaves means they aren't reaching their potential. I'll work to correct issues which mainly are over watering or unsatisfactory watering and heat. I imagine once the plants dry back out they'll go back to stretching up.

Girls are looking good now the only issue is temps. I can't fit my 6" exhaust fan in this tent and with my 160 bpm 4" fan I can't keep temps below 85f-89f. I might just throw in a 250w hps bulb/lamp for a couple weeks and wait for the temps to drop. I'm not sure if I can just turn the ballast to 250w with the 400w bulb or not. Till next time keep toking.

Flower day 2

Temps outside have dropped and now the tent is running cooler. The girls are starting to slowly stretch, I'm guessing they'll soon explode leaving me to regret putting them in 2 gallon pots instead of the larger 3 gallon pots but space is of a premium this go around.
