hi guys i got 2 clones in soil from a friend, i transfered 1 to a dwc bubble bucket, and the other is still in soil. i was just curious trying it out, not to mension it was a new clone so i figured it'd probably be a bit better in there anyway. but now im waiting on my nutes and ppm meter to be posted to me still, so im wondering how many weeks till my plant dies from lack of nutrients, and if i get desperate can i just use regular soluble nutrients for soil just to keep my plant from starving till the nutrients and ppm meter get here? also, is it a good idea to transplant my other clone soon before the roots bind to most of the soil?

I would foliar feed before I would try using soil nutes in hydro. If it's just a mater of days, you'll be fine. Keep it on low light to stall photosynthesis until it can eat properly.

When you chose to replant your other clone, just use a bucket of water to get as much soil off the roots as possible. Obviously, the smaller the root ball the easier it will be.

JOB DONE :) chears for the advice, you've put my mind at rest a bit. if this guy doesn't deliver though i know of a hydro store not too far away. so i could always make the trip.
