Emergency! Need help with my plants

Ok guys I have been growing for a couple of years and have had great success but for this grow I started using a new nutrient and I am having all kinds of issues. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG.

History- For the past two years I have been flooding every other 15 min. Never a problem. Always had great buds.

Plants- They look weak and droopy! I thought it was the amount of nutrients I was putting in so I cut it in half. I also changed the flooding to a few times a day but then I got scared that they were not getting enough water so I switched it back to every other 15 min. The light is the correct distance. Maybe 1 and half feet away from the plants. I am pretty sure my PH tester is working. Had some issues with it but its better.
After two weeks of the grow cycle I should be seeing healthy looking plants with big fan leafs and green foliage. Instead I see plants that are sad looking. PLEASE HELP!!!! SHOULD I GO BACK TO THE NUTRIENT THAT WORKED?

Is this the same strain you have grown in the past? Are you starting with the same water source? If so then I would say its nutes or Ph meter. You are sure the meter is ok? Then I would flush for a couple days and start them on the old nutes.

What cruz says!
And I have heard that some municipal water companies are adding more chlorine, are you filtering your water, or is your tap water ok?

The water I have been using is fine. Worked great the last 4 batches. I have a few strains growing. Some are old ones I have used before and some are new.

Well if all is the same then I say it is probably the new nutes.

Just so everyone knows....it was the nutes. I think what happened was that I put the plants in the grow cycle and only wanted to keep them in there for a week but I used the the feeding schedule for the last week of grow. So I just gave them way too much for the stage they were at.
I flushed everything and went back to the old nutes for safety. They are loving life now!!!!
