is this product good? i seen one nat in my room and i want to get this lill bugger out before they become more then 1. if not this one then like dynagows neem oil?

it costs a little more than neem oil, but you get what you pay for.

so its a better buy then neem or stronger? would i use less of it at a time therefore rationing it out longer?

not sure what the exact difference is, but the einstein generally has a reputation as more effective. you still have to use the amount listed on the bottle though, so not sure about rationing it out.
