There has been a rash of scamming assholes ever since MMJ was passed in AZ.
People that charge a couple hundred bucks for some Perlite, vermiculite and some 20 dollar LEds, and calling it a "Pro-setup"

55 years old, blue eyes, short, shaved head, duck tail, and dresses like a pirate on his day off. He says he came form Florida and was a member of the Norml chapter there and teh CAN(Cannabis Action Network), however, NOONE in either organization has ever heard of him.
The local Az4Norml chapter has issued a warning about him trying to Use Az4Norml pamphlets and business cards with his info on the back, saying he is the Vice President of the group and using that t gain clients to rip off.
He is trying to set up grows around teh valley and using those setups to get people to "invest" in new grows, but its a ponzi scheme, he takes the money from one person, to set up a fake grow without plants in order to get another sucker to "invest" in his project. He is taking from good honest people and giving them nothing in return.
He is a HAri -Krishna and lives in his car, or a u-hual. Has a Gf named Stephanie that is WAY younger, and has a dog named fudi(a pitbull)
He is prone to aggression and violence, and has gotten physical with 3 disabled people after they confronted him about his business practices.
Stay away from him, he has scammed 4-5 people in Tucson for a pretty good amount of money. Lets rid our city of bottom feeders trying to prey on the sick and needy.....
Lets not let people like this get a foothold in OUR town.
Sorry for rant, but protecting each other should be something we ALL do when ever possible.
