So I called them today because they haven't paid me anything, yet. Part of the agreement we came to was for making extract. I gave them 1100 grams of QUALITY trim. The deal was that I gave them the trim, they make the bubble and then we split the profits. 50/50

Now I helped them with multiple bubble runs and could not make it yesterday to help out. All of sudden since I Wasn't there its become a world stopping event! the said," well you weren't here to help so we didn't make it."

My response was simple. I was busy and apologized, I then told them that since I gave them the trim, they needed to make it, and we split it all 50/50. same deal as always. Last week I went in to see how it was going. They still had MOST of my meds. I told them I needed cash or a pound back. They gave me the pound and I was on my way.

Today I sent a txt asking if they had made the bubble and if I could get any cash from them. Their response was NOT what I had expected.

THIEVES?! They gave me a sticker on their counter just like any other dispensary would....

Then the shop owner is like " Heres the rest of your flower!" and he refused to weigh it in front of me. I told him I wanted the cash owed for the balance and he told me he wasn't give me a dime! WHAT THE FUCK??

I got home and the pound was 200 grams short!!!

What do i do?! How can I get whats mine? these people are selling to people that quite obviously have NO OMMP card... And Children! I want them shut the fuck down!

I feel you, Penquinking -- I know how PISSED I get when someone rips me off, or shorts me (especially when it was a "friend"). You're involved in this on a much bigger level, so I'm sure the frustration is even greater. Not trying to be Captain Obvious, or an asshole, but I've seen a lot of people get screwed over when they've fronted stuff. (in fact, every time I've fronted to a friend, I've lost the friendship!). The fact that you're dealing with a dispensary, and this is supposedly a "compassion" based business, doesn't really seem to matter, people are assholes sometimes.

As far as getting this place busted.....I'm sure there's some agency collecting "evidence" against the dispensary, and you could report the place. But.......do you want to be that guy? If they are truly selling illegally, and to minors, they will self destruct all on their own, w/o you having to get involved.

Personally, I'd fume and rant, and plot my revenge fantasies -- and then I'd stay the hell away from any place/one who done me wrong. I'd be pretty vocal, if asked, about why I hate such and such..... but I'd try to move on, and not be fooled again.

i found this out after I had donated my meds to them. i went in to get the first pound back and they started going on and on about how the "spring break kids" made them SOO much money. I didn't exactly catch on at first and then asked them why they were selling to kids and then they laughed and sort of joked about how some of them didn't even have their cards... I was in shock. At this point I did not want to deal with them anymore and wanted to wrap up the transaction asap. Its sort of a long story and I realize that I left out some key details, but I was so irate at the time I just wanted to post and vent it out so people didn't go in there.

Not only were they not carding people but they refuse to cooperate with the new state laws of testing of all meds. They are very nonchalant about it. They have made no attempt to test any meds tested for sale, but have continued to sell herb to people.

This was one of my first dealings with a dispensary as I have always just given my patients most of the meds. This run I had quite a bit extra and wanted to search my avenues.

I feel like these folks at EDEN were looking for a way to screw me out of some money. So they literally fabricated some story about how I stole a STICKER from them. I didn't steal anything. There was a stack of stickers on the table that they were handing out to customers. I grabbed one, and when they walked back in the room I said, "Hey I stole a sticker from you guys!" completely joking because I figured that they were free. and they were... Quite literally a 2 inch by 2 inch sticker. Im being 100% serious. I know this seems absurd. Its because it is.
They then told me that they did not work with thieves and told me to come get my meds. when I got there the owner was freaking out on me. Telling me that I can't "Make his wife my bubble bitch" I said "bro the agreement was that I give y'all the trim, you make the bubble, we split the bubble, 50/50" WHICH IS THE AGREEMENT WE CAME TO. But they expected me to make the bubble too. I simply told them that if I wanted to make bubble I would have done it myself and kept all of it.. which make perfect sense to me at least.... Then the owner Jason, started throwing all these small bags of weed at me. I told him I wanted to weigh it all out so we could figure out what was owed to me. He told me ," I'm not going to pay you shit, and get off my property and if you come back you're trespassing" He literally threw all of my weed on top of my car outside and it was flying everywhere... I ran outside to grab the flying away buds and the guy locked me out of the building... Then he came outside and physically assaulted me. or tried to. Im a big dude and he didn't really do shit.

I don't know what to do... I just want what is due to me... THIS DUDE STOLE A HALF POUND FROM ME! Im so mad...

These are the days of "The Old West" for legal MMJ or recreational MJ.
Not many laws drawn up yet. (Thank Goodness)

But, you would need to hire a lawyer and have him try to present a case in court against them.
Alotta shit, time, cash if you wanna go through with it and no doubt lose your case (unless you have more $ than they do).
Best to just move on.

Could be it is for the best that you've severed ties with these folks -- they sound really shady, and inches away from getting busted all on their own.

You will find that 1/2 pound soon, in some other form. Things have a way of evening out. In the meantime, kick, stomp, fume, rant -- it's all you can do when you get burned.

If your trying to be legit, be legit, contact the ommp people and let them know whats going on. If it's going to gain legitimacy, places like this can't be left to give the cause a bad rap, it will only fuel the flames of prohibition.

Sorry to hear you had problems. I try to stay state legal because I have too much to lose, so I throw all my bud trim in with the compost pile. It is very hard to keep it under 24 Ozs so I don't want a bunch of trim on the property. If it was just trim you will get over it, Life is to short to freak out over trim...imo

i got the trim back. they stole the flower.... I'm going to contact the OMMP. thanks for the advice peeps. it just helps me realize that they are the ones who have lost an amazing vendor, with amazing meds. Im sure they've got whats coming in one way or another

Oh shit.. That would be a problem. I hope you get it straightened out.

So today I went in there and asked what was up. I took my attorney with me, and we recorded everything inside the store. These people are so shady!! Today I walked in there and told them that I wanted to handle this and just be done with it. I asked that they give me SOMETHING, ANYTHING in return for my meds... they were not having it. They seem to think that they have done nothing wrong.
They also told me that If i had listened, they would have paid me on saturday. but they never said that. All they told me was to get out and to never come back. ya, right. like I'm going to roll over and let somebody just steal from me and say don't come back here looking for whats yours.... Besides which If you planned on paying me on saturday then why not pay me TODAY?! lol because they weren't gonna pay me anything. They still refuse to.
I did receive a ledger from them stating that they knew exactly what was owed. I even got the shop owner, Jason, t o sign next to it. I have PROOF. These people obviously used my money to pay their bills and simply don't have the cash anymore. They're white trash, tweekers, who think they know everything about pot. Their herb is garbage... I've seen it. Ive smoked it. Straight trash... but thats besides the point.
The chick Christina was yelling, " Your weed isn't even that good! Why was it trimmed so tight?!" lol. Because I pay trimmers to do a good job and that way I can make plenty of hash... duhhr. Maybe she's used to trimming shitty outdoor weed that HAD to be trimmed tight, so that you can't see how fucked up the plants were. I even gave her my trim, so she definitely saw that there were zero deficiencies etc. etc. Nothing to hide. I actually just got my test results back! My meds I gave them were both about 17% THC with very high CBD's as well. There was less than one millionth of a PPM of mold, mildew, or pesticides. Less that one millionth of a part per MILLION! Basically no mold or mildew at all. It passed the spectrometer with flying colors.
The shop owner just blew his lid and assaulted my attorney...( again, I got it on video tape) He tried to throw us out of the store and threatened to call the police. I said "Fine! Call them!" I know I have done nothing wrong. They were using it as a scare tactic that is not and will not work. I operate 100% in the bounds of the law.
I just contacted OMMP's dispensary Program to fill them in on how they have been illegally operating for quite some time, and have made ZERO effort to become legit. (MMJ.OREGON.GOV) They're on the verge of being shut down anyway, from what the OMMP people told me... maybe thats why they're so pissy all the time. Either that or its because they're bible banging born again christians. whom everyone hates. Let me tell you something Jason and Christina, JUST BECAUSE YOU LOVE JESUS CHRIST IT DOESNT GIVE YOU AN EXCUSE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! Yeah I will do THC finder too. I attempted to leave a nasty review on their weedmaps page, but they deleted it I'm assuming because, they either knew I would leave a bad comment, or simply because they're going on of business.. Lol... They deleted their weedmaps ONLY to keep me from telling people how shady they are. One time they admitted to me that they were using pipes, smoking out of them and then cleaning and selling them! just an example of their shadiness....
Heres the kicker. They're too technologically retarded, and too broke, to start their own leafly page. I offered to start it for them, and the shop owner, Jason, told me to call them (leafly) and represent his store, on his behalf, and to get a leafly page up and running for them. I 100% obliged, and went ahead with the registration process. Its quite spendy, but I now have admin access to THEIR leafly page... LMFAO. These people are clueless. They even threatened to sue me for slander and defamation of character because of THIS thread. haha. first amendment people. number one on the list... free speech.

Here is what i dont get about 99% of the dispensarays nation wide , what the fuk is up with taking providers meds on consignment & paying up AFTER the meds are sold ? I also dont understand why so many providers are willing to front LBS to business charging $20 a g for product they paid $ less than $5 a g on a front !

Shit like this is exactly why we sold our 51% interest in the co-op we started where my partners were doing shady shit like fronting multiple lbs off the books & turning in low sales volumes , on days i'd be at the shop i allways paid vendors up front , greed , lie's & ultra illegal activity caused me to let them buy me out ,no matter what any shop owner tells you about how quickly he pay's everybody should keep all sales cash n carry , if your products good fuk dispensarys , every last shop owner i know is shady , i dont miss being around my place a bit .

I say chalk it up as a loss , it's only a lb so fuk em , they gave up their honer over a few $K , i'd eat the loss , take a huge shit in front of their door & put the " STOLEN " sticker on top of the steaming pile & call it a day .

We should all start calling them and let them know the word is spreading on how shady they are and how they need to pay you or the word will only travel further. Maybe they will realize they should pay up as word of mouth is spreading and they will lose more money in the long run.

Yeah I would love it if you guys helped out. The Name of the "dispensary" is EDEN and the people who run it are a couple who go by Jason and Christina. Although, I don't think it will be too necessary because today a rep from the Oregon Health division called me. He represents the OMMP. He told me that if they're not complying with new state laws then they will get shut down. He also told me that they hadn't even filed an application to be in co-ordinance with the new state laws. so basically the dude is a street dealer with a store front. straight up and down. They totally did it to themselves. Good riddance. from what eden told me, I think they were already run out of another county for doing the same thing... all of the pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. wow. I was naive. I wonder who else has been screwed over by these folks??

If you are telling the story straight PK, and i do believe you, then they are a-holes. if/when i have a son/daughter i will teach them a few things: 1 cod, 2 always honour your word or you have no honour and your just another money grubbing thief, 3 be patient, 4 respect others, 5 cut all a-holes off and out

if your guy had done this to me i would pour out 200 grams on his car hood, pour lighter fluid on it and toss matches at it. Lit ones. But that is me. i never get caught. I'm very patient and i don't tolerate certain things. I've never had anyone come back at me because peeps can tell: this is a guy to walk away from. But that's me. I am very hard-core about honouring my word and i expect it from others. local pd know me and respect me. i respect them. any good cop can tell within seconds what a guy is all about. they know i'm the guy who runs into a burning building to save someone. they also know i'm up to something but don't take it any further cause they know i'm one of the good guys.

I personally have no problem standing in front of a cop/judge and calmly explaining to them what happened and why i did what i did. you may have recourse through small claims, you could stand in front of the place and scowl at anyone who tried to enter (ie ruin his business and rep), you could find out where he lives and show up at the door (i've done it, works real good).lotsa options. pipewrenches and hammers are great incentives.
