Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge on the subject? Cant get any horse manure before it starts to freeze and i really wanna reamend the soil before i cant. I will be makin thermal compost and have plenty of castings but most of that will be used for my winter indoo and i wanted to get the soil partially reamended i had huge problems this year worst harvest ever normally i rotate locations but i got lazy this year and used the same spot 2 times ina row cost me lbs. So how terrible an idea is this? I got 5ons of deer around and they poop alot lol. Ik i could compst it but with organics uk that u gotta amend beforehand i rlly dont wanna put some down in april and put plants in 2 months later, would smokin kill the ecoli? I can use indoor for edibles if thats what i gotta do. I just cant imagine it being the huge of an issue because i find deer poop around my plants (not like right on top, but close enough that if there were ecoli id have it ) thanks for the help

deer shit is golden. don't need to compost it either, works very similar to rabbit and alpaca/llama manure.
mash it up, and add it to your soil, about 2 cups per cubic foot, add kelp meal.
Don't think there is e.coli in deer shit anyways... and if so, it's not transmitted like that man.
We get e.coli because it can live and reproduce in out stomachs/intestines.
How did you become concerned with e.coli anyways?

My moms a worrier lol thanks for the help man! Also what do you think of coffe grounds? Same situation could compost it but want to reamend the soil now and I got a lot, and can get more, I got a bunch a worm bins and some thermal compost that just finished but I want the soil to be somewhat ready for next June and the soils lil hard to dig up, especially 50 holes minimum so do you think I should top dress or compost it over the winter indoors and just lay it down next year? I'm afraid if I don't put it down early enough it ain't gonna help
