Hi RIU,

Im now running into 5 weeks of flowering stage.
I use Lucaz formula with GH Flora in DWC.

About a week ago I found some bug in the root zone. I thought it was just some dead bugs.
But I realized they are alive and getting more.
I been searching on RIU and internet. none of the bug looks like what I got here.
I just took a pic of the bug. (Sorry this is the best quility pic I can get for now)
Hope any body here have any idea what that is, and what should I do with it.
Got pretty bad my last run, dont want to mess up again.
Thanks

Clean your bucket out and wash the roots spray them with a shower head. I don't know what they are. something put them there, look for a beetle or a fly.

Those my friend are knat larve they thrive on the roots. I used to open my hydro bucket and watch them fly out by the dozens. I used sm-90 and they all go bye bye. Sm-90 isn't advertised as a bug killer, but it does kill a lot of stuff that's in the water including fungus and good bacteria.
