Drying in the cold...possible?

Hello, have started to harvest my crop and I have buds in basement, I have a large tote with screen racks I have built in it, I have cut out the bottom and placed a furnace filter in its place and cut a 4" hole in top of tote lid and placed a 4" vent fan and flexible ducting, pulling air up through the filter and screen racks and out the vent fan into the grow closet where it is exhausted outside. The problem I am having is I cant seem to get basement temp much over 50-55F. The humidity is around 55-60 and there is plenty of air circulation. I realize I will hear how I should hang to dry but that is not an option due to the space and smell. This was the best idea I could come up with. What I need to know is if 50-55F is too cold to dry the buds properly and will they mold at that temp with 60% humidity? Could I put some of those humidity packets in there to lower or is it necessary. I have tried to research this but can't seem to find a decent answer.

Thanks for the help......AGAIN!!!

I always dry on hangers in "room-temps" and have never had a problem. A fan always solves any potential mold-issues for me. ;)

That's a good temperature to dry things out. Just make sure there is good circulation to avoid mold. Your RH is good too. It will take a while to dry it out at those temps and RH but that's a good thing. Also make sure you don't have buds on top of buds.
