Because RIU is for the exchange of growing ideas., under the guise of being protected by the medical grows out there. many people on here obviously are not completely legal. now, your talking about trafficking, with the intent to distribute. Any one giving you advice is an accomplice, 3 or more of you and you get conspiracy also.

Far as i know, thats not a smart use of your favorite website. And f I were a mod this thread would be deleted, since you want to be a dick about it.

good luck tho, never like to see a fellow smokr get popped, just sayin. watch your back more carefully than you are...

My brother in law works at UPS. He says I wouldn't believe how much gets shipped on a daily basis. But I would!!! Done right, shipping is probably the safest.
I agree with this up to a point. That point being about 2 lbs. Unless your going to send five package of 2 lbs or less then its almost as if not more dangerous.

First rule of fight club does not apply when your standing in the middle of the club asking for advice.

back to the subject.

in theory:
never get stopped (by never violating any traffic rule), never consent to search, never give p/c, always keep goodies in locked compartment beyond the reach of the driver.

92.66% of those incarcerated for "drug" offenses either: violated a traffic rule, or consented to search, or gave p/c.

in practice:
local guy gets stopped for some traffic infraction. cop (state) asks if he can look in/around the vehicle. local idiot says "sure go ahead, and there's a bag of weed in the toolbox." (from local paper recently)

the only reason they ask is because your consent overrides your constitutional rights. locked boxes require warrants. a locked box can be much more innocent than a hidden compartment.

Saw a truck get busted on tv with welded up boxes inside the wheels/tires--thermo scan (border crossing), but even he had to act stupid to get pulled out of line to be scanned. it takes nerves of steel if confronted.

tour bus driver i knew once said that he jumped out of the bus, provided all of his paperwork and said, NO to search requests (they always ask!), that he did not own the bus, but would be glad to call the owner so they could ask him for permission to search the bus. they never did...and so long as p/c does not exist, they don't get to. simply _being_ a bus full of musicians/crew does not amount to probably cause.

be careful..the police are actively looking for cars loaded up with chronic..you are going to have out of state plates in every state going back east and 80 is a major artery of trafficking..almost expect to be pulled over..if you keep your cool you should be good..if you get nervous at all they will call a k-9 and look for the trap compartment..i know 3 people who have been popped for this...it is not good.

They cannot detain you for an extended period of time during a traffic stop, especially when there is "no probable cause" to do so. If you DO get pulled over, get your ticket and leave.

See http://www.hendonpub.com/resources/articlearchive/details.aspx?ID=207559

"Traffic stops are also analogous to Terry stops and must not be prolonged unnecessarily. A stop that is lawful at its inception can violate the Fourth Amendment if it exceeds a reasonable period that is necessary to accomplish the purpose of the stop. See, for example, Illinois v. Caballes.

In Caballes, the Supreme Court found that walking a narcotics dog around a vehicle during a traffic stop was not a search and was permissible as long as the stop was not extended for that purpose, even where there were no articulable facts to suggest drug activity. The purpose of the stop was traffic enforcement, and the stop was not extended beyond the time that was necessary for normal questioning and interaction associated with a traffic stop.

However, “a seizure that is justified solely by the interest in issuing a warning ticket to the driver can become unlawful if it is prolonged beyond the time reasonably required to complete that mission.” If police detain a driver for the purpose of bringing a narcotics dog to the scene where there is no evidence of drug activity, even a brief extension of the traffic stop is unacceptable"..........

"Even in serious cases where investigation is progressing toward probable cause, it is unlikely that the Supreme Court would approve of an all-day Terry stop. A rule of thumb might be that the duration of an investigative detention should normally be measured in minutes, not hours—though in a serious case where circumstances required it, 75 minutes might be reasonable"...........

Here's is the thing you can practice all of the "field craft" in the world but if something looks out of place or suspiciouse or fit a profile (and believe me everything and everyone fits a profile of some type) your going to get fucked with. That said You must look like you belong where you are, doing what your doing, at all times. Out of state plates on an interstate Highway is not probably cause to pull someone over, yet. The idea here is to not get pulled over not stand out and always have your "story" straight and your papers in order and your vehicle in perfect working condition. The best thing is to look like your actually at work. Construction equipment and locked gangboxes are nearly impossible to penetrate physically and legally; a large accordian file full of papers a laptop and being dressed works nicely in a car. You absolutly must disguise yourself if you just look like a "college kid" crossing the coutry they know half of them have head stash which if they love to bust. Smuggling pot cross country is a job, a well paid high risk job that someone must do until the day we win the war and pot is legal. People do this everyt day and I guess from searching the internet for news of busts they only get about .1% of what leaves cali and colorado. Its risky but the odds are in our favor especially with preparation and a high level of motivation. Its just like any war and we need to fight our fight as with discipline and conviction to our cause.

And Never talk to them You actually do not even have to answer the questions,"where are you going?" or "where are you coming from?"
Just keep asking, "are we finished, can I leave?" or I usually answer every singel question with either silence or, "I'm in a hurry and I need to go."

and also i forgot, don't have an accident. that's quite the wildcard, especially for those who travel when the masses are en route.

if you do have an accident it's okay to be upset and nervous, just not under the influence or otherwise "looking like a stoner" without a well-concocted story for why he's in work-a-day traffic 900 miles from home. Unless it's a particularly nasty incident or you act stupid, it's just routine crap for the coppers, remember that.

ACHTUNG! Have ZEE OFFICIAL PAPERS (reg/ins/license) in order and ready for any LEO requesting them.
