fried the the 1000W ballast I had and had trouble picking a few more up. Fukin money is like pot, I don't have any. Local hydro store sold me a few basic's 1000W setup's for $400. It get's the job done right! OK, this is my first grow and I'm doing Promix BX on 2/3rd's and 1/3rd Hydro (8 site Euro Grower). As it happens, someone I just met could not start and finish a flower cycle before losing his grow space. And gifted me his plants, 2 Pandora's box, 2 Dairy Queens, and 4 Ace of Spades. The PB & DQ are at 42 in veg and guess what the medium is...sub cools super soil recipe... He also kicked me down with a 35 Gal bucket of the stuff. So I am adding organic to the mix. I need to transplant the AOS and plan on using the soil and wanted to know if I was on the right track? In a 5 Gal pail, i will add 1/3 rd of super soil, then a buffer base of 2 parts Roots Organic and 1 part Bio Thrive I believe. I have a Blueberry in all three mediums...wonder which will outperform. Here is the way things look now.
