I had 3 people tell me they went to the U-Med today to see DR. Cris Prince. He Signed all of there certs (New) but under comments he wrote....."I am not this patients primary care physician" Next line he wrote. " I will not be assuming this patients primary care"

Is the state going to accept this? This didnt happen when I had mine done by another doc. Please let me know your thoughts. THanks!!!!

Did you pay for the cert? Did the doctor make any comments, like "Hope this works"? If he signed it, you should be good. He is just adding legal loophole jargon bullshit.

I highly doubt it. Did they mail in checks today? You will know Mon or Tues when shit is cashed. There are serious fraud charges involved when doctors start doing crazy shit like that.

I dunno, my Dr. doesn't write any bs like that on my cert and I wouldn't be very excited about it if he decided to.

The only way I see that benefiting a Dr. by writing that is if they change the law to require your primary caregiver to sign your certification he has his ass covered and the shit is going to fall on the patients head when he has to answer to one of the 3 letter departments they'll have looking up all of these illegitimate patients.

I think the number of actual primary care providers that are signing recs is under 1%..

And the state continues its game of taking down MM Drs and ordering them around .. They think if they get rid of the handful of Drs that this Plague will go away on its own .......Far from the truth as Drs are lining up to get into our state and replace the next they busted ....... Game on ......

To the op that sounds like what others said , A Drs way of keeping his ass out of the attack.. Not that it will work for him as they will be after him next if this is his game ! PotSnob
