Strain- Dutch Passion Blueberry
Medium- Soil Ocean Forest
Pot- 5 gallon fabric
Yield- 3.5 Oz.
Light- Veg 300 watt CFL Flower 600 watt LED
Water: Distilled or RO in a pinch
Veg Time 35 days. Vegged her short and bushy by keeping cfl lights close. No topping, lst, or fimming, left natural. Fed 1/2 strength organic base nutrients, and supplimemted calmag, silica, as well as foilar feed neem weekly to prevent pests. She was a hungry girl in veg and not a finnicky eater. PPM were 1-300 early veg, up to 3-600 late veg. No leaf abnormalities. No difficulty keeping healthy in veg, besides upping the calmag a little.
Flower Time- 10 full weeks. Introduced organic bloom nutrients week 3 of flower. Supplimemted with everything in the kitchen sink. She stretched a nice bit, more than expected, but
that made for some very nice extended main colas. Some additives used in flower were, sweet raw, calmag, big bud, nirvana, overdrive, pure blend tea, and bud factor x. Flower PPM's were 6-850 mid flower, and 850-1200 late flower. She stayed green, healthy, and lush throughout flower.
Flushed weeks 9-10 with 2 gallons plain water.
Smell- 5 of 10, aroma Slightly piney with a more sweet berryish overtone. Not too skunky, or strong but very fruity.
Bag Appeal- 8 of 10. Slightly blueish hues with month cure. Dense large sticky resinous buds. Took a full 7 days to be dry enough to begin cure. Nice overall flavor of pine, slight sour, and berryish overtones.
High- 9 of 10. The reason this is a regular for me. Smooth smoke, very tasty for blunts or bowls, vaping it is stellar! Starts with a productive very cerebral high which soars for about an hour. I get motivated and find myself doing all sorts of stuff before I realize whats going on. The next solid hour is always a more relaxed body buzz. Stress and body ailments melt away. Great for end of evening smoke as well as sleep also.
Diffculty- An easy resilient strain for the beginner to intermediate. Few issues, not finnicky, and a heavy feeder. I should have vegged longer 2 months, and used a bigger pot (7-10 gallon) because you just never have enough of this high quality med in the end. That good. Also try the auto version of this, which is the same, but a little less THC%.
