i am at day 32, other than the plant way outgrowing my cab by almost tripling in size it has gone pretty well. my main question is how much nutes and when. gh floranova. i started with a 50/50 mix of bloom/grow nutes when first switched, then went to a bloom mix of 1/4 tsp per gal with distilled h2o. i gave her about 3/4 gal every 2 days. then after 1 1/2 weeks i upped it to 1/2 tsp every other day. now i am at 1 tsp per gal. the nutes ratio is 4-8-7 with a 1 tsp per gallon equaling around 500 ppm or ec 1. I know this is a critical time and i dont want to overdo it. here are some pics to help in your comments. :peace:

what are you growing in? soil, hydro set up? its a nice plant, mi no expert but in my opinion, what i would do is give it flowering nutes at 1/4 or 1/6 of the recommended amount then at about week 6 or in the next week or two i would consider running pure distilled water or reverse osmosis water to clear out all the nutes. always remember at this stage your plant is going react differently depending on the nutes, so always remember that pure h20 is always a good alternative until you find the right nutes etc. ive been giving my plant pure h20 for the last week and its on flowering day 28, when you use pure water for the last few weeks it really cleans out the plant and it creates some good tasting/smoking bud.

yup no problem good luck with your grow and to be honest i believe in h2o to the fullest. if you are worried about over or under nuting i would dare to bet your get a nice yeild and some potent buds if you use pure water from now on. dont take my opinion as an expert but its always better to be safe than sorry.

that was my original plan was to just feed it little amounts hoping not to overdo it. I only fed twice in veg and i never had any real problems at all. I have recently been influenced by someone to give them a little more lately and i have tried it but now i am seeing the older fan leaves yellowing quite a bit and dying. I am leaning toward them just being old and naturally dying since they are low on the plant. otherwise the new growth seems fine. I think i will go back to the 1/4 tsp per for the next few weeks then flush and see how it turns out. Better safe than sorry, you bet!

im having the same problem my older fans are dying I think it just starts to happen late in the flower stage the buds are taking nutrients from the leaves
