"11th cousins" doesn't create the conspiracy you're badly wanting
Why? Do you find it odd that we would carry a Monarchy from UK? I really don't know anything nor do any of us regular citizens. I am not a politic's expert by any means, but the more I research, the more the "dots connect".

By the way the only president that isn't related is Martin Van Buren which is the founder of the democratic party.

I am not a conspiracy nut, I am just stating facts.

What I find so weird is that some people just can not except anything that goes against the government. Like the government can do no wrong.

Rrog you are a good member and I have nothing against you, just to let you know, I just like to exercise my right to freedom of speech :)

I'm not willing to buy a hereditary monarchy hiding in the presidency. What I am trying to get 'average people' in this country to understand is that the super rich in this country ACT like royalty- and in fact regularly get away with utterly selfish and even criminal activity that would see an average person get put away for. This I'm no longer willing to tolerate quietly.

Well Ty I agree 100% but are you saying it's just a coincidence they are all related?

If you wait long enough, we're all related. I think it illuminates the current situation better to follow the money than the bloodlines. That said, clearly money is inherited, so I am not disagreeing with your premise as much as you might think.

This is the problem with lefties.

Money is generally not inherited, it is earned.

EXACTLY. In fact, the single biggest fear the Founding Fathers had about the fate of their new nation was of the rise of an aristocratic class based not on merit but inheritance.
.

James Madison warned that inequality in property ownership would subvert liberty, either through opposition to wealth (a war of labor against capital) or “by an oligarchy founded on corruption” through which the wealthy dominate political decision-making (a war of capital against labor). John Adams favored distribution of public lands to the landless to create broad-based ownership of property, then the critical component of business capital in the largely agricultural U.S. Current levels and trends in inequality would almost certainly have terrified the founders, who believed that broad-based property ownership was essential to the sustenance of a republic.

Very interesting...there's more to the story at that link. Thanks for bringing it up. I did not know about that.

The founding fathers actually came up with the estate tax

And guess who's trying to eliminate the 'death tax' altogether? That's right, Republicans have had that plank on their party platform for most of my lifetime! Therefore, they're the party of aristocracy... and FASCISM to enforce it!

Scream it from the rooftops; every time some moron mouths off about 'liberals' being 'socialist' yell back that they're CLASSIST FASCISTS!

CLASS WARFARE can be the rallying cry of the middle classes in this country. Conservatives regularly muddy the waters by crying 'class warfare' every time one of their privileges of wealth is threatened... but the truth is that the class war was fought and win (by the uber rich) while most people in this country were on their smart phones and not paying attention.

And thats what they want, strong lines separating classes so we dont unite against them and for us to remain blind to their excess. I think thats why reality television was created, to keep the ignorant from realizing how fucked up our government and their puppet masters really are.

I believe it goes a step further though and straight up gloats in everyones face, they show all the nice cars, houses, parties etc. It doesn't make most of the idiots angry to see them waste shit either. I went to a concert in the VIP booth and they had a table full of chicken wings.. the table was big enough for half the crowd dudes.... and when I left the table was still standing tall with chicken wings. Marshmellow bars, bags of chips, sodas, alcohol... all stocked to the hilt.

It is ridiculous how they charge folks huge amounts of money to go to concerts and then gouge them for beer and food as well. (not in the VIP section though, all my shit was free...) But check this.. the kicker is the tickets were free too because they were given to a high roller at the casino. valued at 1400 a pop ... but not one person in our tent bought a ticket they got them comped.

just an anecdotal thing obviously but to go from regular seats to vip seating it was like wait a minute this shit should cost me a little money right ... nah its all good sir your vip.
