Don't Smell that Smell

In being str8 forward a quanity will be taken from one city to another about an hour and half from each other, in a suitcase, on a local bus line. The suitcase will be stored in the luggage comparment under the bus. Ideas are needed to insure the smell will be contained not only on the bus, but until it makes to it's destination... idea's guys??

Look and see if there's a video on youtube that shows barry cooper's never get busted with the segment on preparing and transporting weed.

Basically, wear gloves and pack it as late as possible. The longer it is packaged the more likely the smell will permeate from the wrapping.

1. Smell resistant bags-My boy came by some baggies that had metal or some-shit in the seal. Air-tight, no dank smell at all.

2. Air-tight suitcase- make sure your suitcase is AIR TIGHT, you can make sure by lining it in plastic wrap, put in your bud and before u close it off, use a vacuum to suck out all the air. Make sure the suitcase looks normal.

3. One of my friends put some ice packs around the bags with weed in his suitcase (he was moving about 5 ounces) this keeps the bud fresh, frozen and no smell. I however don't really trust this since extreme cold my damage the buds/take off crystals.

4. You cant fit this in a suitcase, but what you can do is get some KFC thermal sealed buckets. Empty the chicken n put in your bud. One of my old dealers used to do that, literally no smell.

If you put all of those things together (without KFC buckets obv) im almost certain there wont be a smell. Also a lil schoolyard trick, line the suitcase with dryer sheets, PLENTY of them. Sort of hides the smell. Also if you have everything air-tight, smell proof bags and all, you can cut up some lemons and put that around the package. No contact with the bud bags obv, but itll help mask the smell. All of these tricks together can keep the smell contained for at least a couple of days and still keep your bud fresh.

These are jus some ideas i have, i know all of them work except for the ice. But the main things that make weed dank is

-Air around it (gets into bud, leaves room for aroma to waft, rots bud a lil causing excess smell)
-Temperature (the hotter it is the more likely your bud will dank up, keep it away from heaters)
-Amount together (i noticed that if i have an ounce all in one bag as apposed to in lil dime/2g bags it smells a lot less. When bud comes together it gets a lot more dank).

I hope this helps, otherwise you can always search up some vids on youtube like Pipe Dream said.

Turkey bag it, twist it closed tight. Then bag it again and use some carpet freshener in there. then bag it a third time. If they have dogs sniffing you are gonna need some luck too.

in being straightforward i've traveled on bus on numerous occassions (last count 17 trips, each over 400 miles)and it's risky.

i've seen k-9s sniffing bags at the station... throwing it out there.

I have had extremley good luck with putting stinky herb in Pelican Cases. Usualy cant smell shit once its in this case. I use the pelican micro case when travelling with 2ozs or less. They make these cases in all diff sizes and shapes. These things are airtight/waterproof.

Google Pelican Micro Case and you can the see the one I am using, Id imagine a larger case would be just as effective.

You really cannot smell the stuff once inside this case. Im talking about skunk weed that shit that literally smells like a skunk, this case keeps that smell inside.

If you have room for them, common canning jars are great(also for long term storage. Basically you want metal or glass - the smelly terpines from cannabis can permeate most plastics eventually, some really quickly. Small metal cans with pry out lids(like a paint can) are pretty bullet proof if the seams are tight. I thought the foil turkey bag was a decent suggestion - put that inside of a TUpperware(for strength) and you'd probably be in really good shape. Obviously consider the smells that your hands can transfer if you touch bud and then the outside of a container. Wipe down the outside of your containers with a paper towl with some alcohol on it afterwards, to wipe off any smells you might have got on your hands.

Yeah, nothing worse than thinking you have some dank all wrapped up, coming back and realizing it is reeking the place up. "Who farted" and looking innocent will not work. :)

This. I've seen people get away with it plenty of times, and I have myself, but as long as it isn't leaving the state or country you should be ok.

Turkey bags are awful. Really, really really awful. Don't use them if smell is an issue.

Don't use an airtight suitcase unless it looks like a normal suitcase. Generally airtight ones are gigantic and have that flashy aluminum finish which will draw attention to you. Bad shit.

If you absolutely have to use simple plastic bags from the grocery store, bag your bud up in small sandwich size ziploc bags. Put 3-4 of those ziplocs in a larger freezer bag (make sure all your bags have the double seamed zip not single seam, those let air out even quicker.) In your freezer bag put a few dryer sheets. Bag that freezer bag inside another freezer bag, seal with duct tape. Saran wrap the whole thing, place in suitcase, say your prayers, board bus/train.

we get our lbs in vacuum packed bags, like the vac-n-save or vac-n-seal... something like that it deff compresses the buds but keeps it air tight and about 20 of the travel together, never had any problems. in the end you have denser buds but the same weight

Have to agree with the vacuum sealer. Get one of the fancy foodsaver ones and there will be zero smell. I've never dealt with dogs but I read if you double seal and wash with bleach you're good to go.

The best method i've found for the un-named situations i encounter:

Glass mason jars for pickling. Clean them with gloves on, including lids. No finger prints!!! Then, once dry, pack them with your buds. Don't force nuggets in, just set them in, and when it's full, move onto the next jar. Still wearing gloves, seal your fingerprint-free jars with the fingerprint-free lids. Seal them tight, and then move them to an area with no herb, change your gloves, and CLEAN THE OUTSIDE OF THE JAR!!! This is a very important step. These jars are designed for storing food long term, and they seal really well, but any smell that might cling to the outside will set off a drug dog. Again, clean the sealed jars.

Then, wrap them in bubblewrap so they don't cling together in the suitcase. You can wrap the herb inside the jar, or the entire sealed jar, in a smell absorbing bag for extra protection, if you like. This method works. Many pounds have been moved over many years, with NO loss, using this method. Not by me, though, i've never even heard of Cannabis. Good luck.

Everyone has pointed out everything I would have said but to contradict pipe dream I feel like the longer you have bud sitting in a container the less it smell's than when you first put it in there.

lol, people are still giving advice on this?

wrap it up well, then wrap the briefcase up well, then put it in a duffle bag with some towels in it wrapped around the wrapped briefcase. pour a bottle of febreeze in it if you feel. not the lemon scented, because it'll just end up smelling like weed.
