don't have much hope for these

These 2 of my plants are doing the worse all kinds of bad it has some pm and the leaves are constantly turning yellow

Offhand looks like a classic nitrogen deficiency, possibly needs more light as well.

Not knowing anything about your grow I would feed them full strength with a balanced fert with plenty of N.

daily spray with diluted h2o2 for the pm.

Ive gave them a spray with a baking soda spray

Greencure for the PM
Feed them some food.
