Most people from different countries who point at the gross difference in oil consumption when it comes to America vs. the rest of the world don't take into account the size of the country. Goods often need to be shipped from one side of the country to the other and all points inbetween which adds greatly to the amount of oil consumed. Canada's oil consumption looks skewed for this reason too.

The same happen to me couple years ago with other seeds bank (Ali bongo).they reship me the same goddam ols seeds as remplacement,,, Attitude sell alot of seeds butttt i'm sure some genetics in their stack are 3 or 4 years old seeds... Personally since this shit happen to me, i order only popular seeds and new genetics just to make sure!!!!
