So I'm watching the news and see that that radical group over in Iraq is destroying cultural artifacts at Nimrud...UNESCO pipes up and call the destruction a war crime...what about all the fucking people being killed by said group?

There is some UN convention that makes it a crime to destroy historically significant shit while you're blowing up someones country. Kill babies but don't scratch the ancient stones. It's fucked up. ISIS on the other hand doesn't follow UN laws so the point is mute. The Americans did the same thing to an extent in Iraq.

I just don't get it...there talking about them having tens of thousands of Twitter accounts...why aren't they shutting these accounts down?

ISIS isn't real. Ask someone who lives there.
Alternatively, just watch the videos in slow motion. The cage lock has the key stuck in it, the fire is fake and all the "beheadings" are off screen, followed by a terrible photoshop of a head on the ground.

Those who have done video editing before can easily see the artifacts and the shudder when their 3d animated fire lost GPU resources for a moment and showed it's flaws.

I have looked for these videos but can't find them.
Liveleak stopped posting the execution videos.
Where are you finding them?

So the video of the parliament fiasco was released...I was highly anticipating this release...what I was unaware of was the video was going to be edited 18 sec....why? Apparently for security reasons....anyone else have a problem with this? My spouse watched it becuase I couldn't be bothered wasting another minute on it....said buddy looked lucid and was very clear about why he was doing what he was doing.....but those 18 secs keep nagging at me...and if it smells like shit.....

This is always the case. The ISIS videos are online, but I won't link to them (feel free to google Foley beheading fake to see all the screencaps of it, but you have to see the video to notice things like that fact that they greenscreened the whole thing, there's wind in the background and none in the foreground, etc).

Not to be a tinfoil hat character, but this stuff just pisses me off.
I listened to the 911 tapes from the school shooting in the states too - it's a recording of people not freaking out and just calmly talking about kids getting shot and bullet wounds. They also interviewed the janitor and it was his first and only day on the job because the regular janitor wasn't available that day for some unknown reason. Obviously the event took place, but the 911 tapes were as fake as the day is long.

Long story short, everything is bullshit :D
