I am not sure what I am doing wrong, 1st time growing, I try to water once a day if that depending on how moist the soil is, indoor closet grow, lots of air flow.

I am thinking I am not giving them enough water, help? Ideas?
Little more info, they are a little under a month old, floresent lighting atm, one warm white one cool white.

One thing I might have been doing wrong is plain not giving them enough water? I had just heard so much about over watering I didnt want to screw it up
thanks guys, love the site!!

Are you giving them nutrients? How are you watering? It looks like just a little. You want to water all of the soil in the pot and throughly. Usually with 10% run-off or so. Usually in a feed, water, water, feed schedule. Depending on your soil mix it usually takes 3-6 days to dry enough to re-water/feed. Watering in small amounts daily is a really easy way to get a poor root structure in possibly poorer health. Hope this helps. It looks like possible nutrient deficiency/burn, I would say calcium, but I've never seen a leaf turn that color before. Usually more of a rusty brown.

Also, I have just been using normal tapp water, putting it in a tub and letting it sit for a few days, been using the same big pot of water for a few weeks *as in I havnt changed the water* Is that ok?

its overwatering. you need to let the soil dry out inbetween watering. water when the top 2 inches feel dry when u put your finger in it. heres some pics of overwatered plants

I honestly thought I was not watering near as much as I should have, I never put water in the whole pot, just right around the stem of the plants

Overwatering is more about how often , not how well. You do gotta wet the soil with runoff as he said. Dont forget to stir up the top half inch of soil, esp. after watering as this help air get to the roots. Just trim those two leaves off, the new growth looks fine.
